We sat at the reception for about 6 hours, waiting for a solution to this problem, the cause of which has remained unknown so far. As a result, the representative of the host, the girl Angelina from Beleon Tours, decided to check us into another hotel - Apollo beach, which turned out to be a thousand times better.
