I myself travel a lot in connection with work, but to my shame I have never been to Greece. It so happened that I was given a vacation for the May holidays and my friends offered to go with them to the island of Rhodes. I had no plans and I decided to go. We flew perfectly, the landing was soft, we were met at the airport, we were taken to the hotel, well, in general, not a vacation, but a paradise. We settled in the Elysium Resort & Spa. Since we arrived before the check-in time, we had to wait, but not for long. There are a lot of people, but to our surprise during the holiday we practically did not see them (apparently the territory is even larger than we imagine). Rooms are luxurious with sea views. The bed is large double, as I lived alone, I felt like a queen. Friends also had a double bed, and a bed for a baby (son is 2 years old). They settled us not in the main building, but in an adjoining one. From there there is access to the pool, the sea and the restaurant. Fed as for slaughter, a huge selection of dishes. The sea (because it's May) was still cold, so we swam in the pool (although the water was not very warm either). There is no animation in the hotel and entertainment for children too. There is a children's pool, but it's too early for a small child to swim there. At the height of the season, I think the kids will like it. There is a heated pool in the spa, but small children are not allowed there. The restaurant has high chairs for children and a children's menu upon request.
We were satisfied with how we spent our vacation, quietly and calmly, in the distance from unfamiliar people.
