Firstly, thanks to all the people who are not too lazy to leave reviews. They really help and choose a hotel and navigate the area. Thanks to these reviews, I chose the Aldemar Hotel and absolutely did not regret it.
In Greece, we (two adults) rested for the first time. Our tour operator is "MIBS Travel" (Ukraine), but in Rhodes the company "Southern Cross" and the guide Svetlana worked with us.

We had an evening arrival, we were quickly seated on buses, we spent a little time transporting tourists to other hotels on the Aegean coast, of which there were only 10 percent in our bus, the rest of the mass went to Aldemar. Upon arrival, everyone was quickly settled, but since we didn’t have time for dinner, 2 large plates of food were left for us in the refrigerator of the room, which we had dinner with.

The hotel is aimed at the Russian-speaking public, so there are a lot of Russians among the staff (always at the reception they can help you in Russian).

I think that 80% are Russian speakers, and only 20% are Italians, Germans, English speakers and hedgehogs with them.

Aldemar is a family hotel, many with children of different ages, but adult couples without children will also be comfortable. The noise from the kids is absolutely not annoying, and there is no noise as such. The audience is decent and the kids are calm. Since we started our vacation closer to the beginning of the school year, then somewhere closer to August 30, the number of people sharply decreased and it immediately became easier with sunbeds. We came to the beach after breakfast (8:30) and could choose among free sunbeds.

Food is ok. I especially liked the French restaurant. Chinese and Greek are still more like catering with trays, but the cuisine is excellent everywhere))).

We had a standard room in the main building overlooking the courtyard (Garden View), towels, as expected, were changed every day, bed linen - every other day.
I left a couple of euros for the maid (Russian) every other time and our room was always cleaned when we were at sea.

Guide Svetlana (Southern Cross) was always at the appointed time in the hotel lobby. At the first introductory meeting, she told about the country, about excursions and the possibility of car rental. We immediately bought a sightseeing tour of the island (a bus from Le Grand - 65 euros / person) - for the whole day, and we already rented a car without intermediaries.

Although the tour is called a sightseeing tour of the island, it covers only the western coast - the coast of the Aegean Sea. Nevertheless, we were satisfied with the tour: the ruins were examined, the wine was tasted, a couple of bottles were bought as a gift, the "Kiss of the Two Seas" was seen, all the beautiful places were photographed.

The way back passed along the east coast (Mediterranean Sea).
We didn’t go anywhere here anymore (there are separate excursions), but it was useful for me to see the places that we then visited on our own by car.

Cars were taken without intermediaries. Right outside the hotel there are a lot of companies. I took in the Independent Family Company (nice old people). I chose them because of the large fleet of cars, the quality of these cars and the charm of the owners. We had a Nissan Micra New with automatic transmission. It cost 55 euros/day. I picked it up at 8:00 in the morning and returned it at 21:30. Refueled once for 17 euros. Visited: 7 sources (laughed for a long time - a divorce for tourists), Tsampika beach (super! , the beach is equipped with everything you need, respectively, sunbeds paid 8 euros / pair - 2.5 hours enjoyed the beautiful sea), Tsampika church, Lindos with its fortress and the Acropolis (got on donkeys - cool), "Kiss of the Two Seas" in close examination.
We also wanted to swim in the Aegean Sea on one of the wild beaches of the west coast, but we were already tired, and the road back with short stops for photo shoots took about 2 hours.

Also, closer to the end of the holiday, we visited the city of Rhodes. Wonderful Old City, Mecca for tourists.

We went to the Kallithea Baths - it’s cool on a train, the water is the most transparent, everything is paid! They didn't regret it.

On the way back, to the airport, we decided to take a taxi (30 euros), because the suitcases were full of souvenirs (including alcohol - Rhodes anise vodka Ouza), they had to be wrapped up at the Security Checking in, and I didn’t want to be in the crowd to check in and get bad seats on the plane. (The day before, the guide Svetlana said that the transfer from Aldemar to the airport would be without stopping at other hotels (50 Aldemar tourists!! ).
And so it happened that we were the first to receive boarding passes and without any hustle, we calmly passed through security and passport control, and also without haste hunted in Duty Free.

We were immensely satisfied with the rest (yes, we are generally people who are positively disposed to rest, we never notice the minuses, even if they exist), with the hotel - in particular. We will definitely come back to Greece! , in Aldemar, but already in Crete)))!

Price question, for those interested. With early booking - 2000 euros for two + 35 euros for visas.
