We stayed at the beginning of May 2015. Together with my sister, we decided to choose a hotel on the Aegean coast, the agency offered us the Alex Beach Resort hotel, 4 stars with an all-inclusive food system. The hotel is good, located near the airport, in the village of Theologos, to the city of Rhodes by car 15-20 minutes. Located on the first line, a comfortable entrance to the sea, umbrellas and sunbeds for an additional fee - 5 euros per day. We booked a standard room for two - nothing more: two beds, a mirror, a chest of drawers, 2 bedside tables, air conditioning, a TV. The hotel had animation every day, but in English and German, in general, everything was clear and without knowledge of the language, every morning aqua aerobics and once a week there was a Greek evening, and we rested for 14 days, during which time we never repeated entertainment program. The staff - from receptionists to maids, not understanding Russian, tried to explain and help as best they could. We didn’t go to the sea every day, we mostly swam in the pool, there are 3 pools on site. The water in the pools is fresh, sun loungers and umbrellas around the pools are free. The restaurant worked almost around the clock. For breakfast, as in most hotels, there are a lot of hot dishes and snacks, several types of cheeses, sausages. Various jams, yoghurts, fruits, toppings, cookies and cakes. We had lunch near the pool in the open air, and had dinner there - in the main restaurant. Another very big plus is the open kitchen, the chefs work in front of you and, again, friendly faces, open smiles - everything only left positive memories of the hotel and the rest in general. Of the minuses, it can be noted - low-flying planes and a not very soft entrance to the sea.

We decided to go on vacation to Rhodes as a family, we chose the Alex Beach hotel purely by chance. We arrived and were pleasantly surprised by how many entertainments there are for children, more water slides, a football field, ping pong and volleyball and many many other things. Took a catamaran ride, it was great.

Took a catamaran ride, it was great. You can go without knowing the language, because the guide is constantly on duty at the hotel. The cuisine at the hotel is simply amazing, the eyes run up from a huge selection of dishes and every day a new dish from the chef, the staff is very friendly. The sea is amazing, but constantly waves.

I must say right away that resting because of the noise from the animation and the music screaming from the speakers is simply unbearable !! ! And immediately a huge minus of the hotel: the Amphitheater is located in the center of the hotel !! ! I don't know. who figured this out! We have a small child and it was not possible to put him down because of the noise until 12 at night !! ! The room is small, compact. Everything is there, except for the safe (it is paid at the reception), the minibar is filled once - one bottle of water 1.5 liters, local Fanta 0.5 and Pepsi 0.5. We bought water in the store for 2 euros, 6 pieces of 1.5 liters each. We cleaned it only 2 times, because the son always slept during cleaning. at other times no one came to clean. The quality of cleaning leaves much to be desired, of course. But maybe it's 4 * and no complaints then. Food: I don’t know what kind of variety we are talking about.... ??? maybe in Europe it is a variety. . . But for example, even lunch is not lunch at all. . And I would call it a snack-snack! Not even soups. And this is a family hotel, designed for small children!! ! I can’t say what it is and it’s very tasty, just edible. But the taste and color as they say. . . So lunch takes place by the pool to eat grilled food. cooking on the beach. This is the so-called tavern. in it by appointment at the reception. You can only eat there. We didn't go. Drinks are also nothing good in terms of taste can not be compared with Turkish ones. Now a huge minus: AIR CONDITIONER DOES NOT WORK from 8 to 13 !! ! For children: a wonderful pool with children. hills and calm river. The child really liked it. We went to the nearby hotel Doreta, where children are. The playground is large and there are paid carousels and a free trampoline. The price of carousels is 1 and 2 euros. Territory: small but cozy in the shade of olive trees. BEACH: never seen such a dirty beach before!!! ! It is not cleaned at all! all in gobies and straws from cocktails. The beach is very large pebbles, entering the sea barefoot is very painful! Beach towels for a deposit and their change is only half an hour a day, so catch the towel change as you like! We did not use it, so the Beleon Tours guides are not on duty at this hotel at all, you need to look for them in a neighboring hotel. Their hours of operation are from 9 am to 1 pm and from 6 pm to 9 pm. Extension of the fixed number price is 25 euros, bracelets are not cut off. even if you don't renew it. We did not go on excursions, because the child is small and fidget
