At first I wanted to write a good review. But.... Everything would be fine: animation (children like it), entertainment, and the fact that children are always supervised, even in the children's pool. The room, and we lived in a bungalow, also liked it. Rooms are cleaned daily, cleaned conscientiously. But the restaurant, or rather the waiters, spoiled all the good impression about the hotel. Arriving one evening for dinner, and came at the time of the opening of the restaurant, we went to a free table, at which we always ate (there were 5 of us). After about five minutes, a waiter came up to us and began to arrange bottles of water, repeating the notes of fries. We, without realizing anything at once, continued to sit. Then he said not free. And began to point to other tables. We asked in bewilderment why we were transplanted. Without explaining anything, he called the administrator. He, after listening to us, said: I do not understand Russian!! ! Bon Appetit! ! And left. Please note no one even apologized !!!! ! We had dinner. No one came to that table. Having told the situation at the reception, they promised to look into it. But alas!! ! Nobody figured it out. Attitude to us, not to Europeans, as to the second grade!! ! It's a shame. This is not the first time we have been vacationing in Greece, we always stay in 5 * hotels. There has never been such a disgraceful attitude!!!!! !
