Rested with a friend in July 2012. Phone not in all rooms, bathroom WITHOUT shower, hair dryer, soaps and shampoos. There is no restaurant or shop in the hotel, everything is nearby. Calling a doctor is free - this is included in the insurance. The hotel is good. but the breakfasts are poor and unfortunately not worth the money that was paid for the tour. Reception is not open 24/7. The beach is sandy close to the hotel, but there is one BUT... there is a steep descent to the shore, you can fall in shoes with plastic soles. Bali itself is a quiet village, but you can’t get there by bus - you need to walk to the highway for about 20 minutes or rent a car. The staff is friendly. We went on excursions with Russian-speaking guys from Bazadzhi travel - their office is located in the port, they were very pleased with them. The guys are just SUPER!! ! On excursions they carry 4 and 8 people, which is very convenient and show much more than what guides offer at the hotel, you can also take cars through them and cheaper than guides.
