We stayed at the hotel from 08/01/17 to 08/17/17. We read a lot of good reviews and went to this hotel. Very disappointed. The hotel does not correspond to the declared four stars. It is very simple inside, there is no variety in food (especially for breakfast), VERY BORING, unfriendly and rude staff, they forget to clean the rooms. Some of the declared services do not work (for example, the wake-up service or early breakfast). They will put you on the list and wake you up and feed you, but in fact they will do neither. . There are no European tourist standards. I do not recommend this hotel.
