Everyone, Good afternoon!!! ! I rested in this hotel for two weeks, the hotel itself did not cause much negative emotions, a reasonable hotel for the corresponding money. The owners - the Germans are trying to take care of him, the staff is not great, I liked it. Whatever the hotel is, it cannot spoil the impression of such a wonderful and beautiful island - CRETE!........ BUT........On the last day of our stay in this hotel, our room was STEALED!! ! They stole a laptop and an e-book, this happened for the first time in my life as a traveler and it's a shame that on such a beautiful island !!! ! The money and the camera were in the safe, but the laptop did not fit and lay in the same place for two weeks, it was not taken out of the room and no one saw it. Therefore, a clear feeling that the one who cleaned the room gave a tip to whoever needed it and said when we had a flight. The door was not broken, but carefully opened with a key. The owners of the hotel behaved not at all concerned, the theft was noticed at 22.00, so the police had to take a taxi, they got at their own expense. The disappointment is complete.... Therefore, I want to leave the worst review about the team and about this hotel. . We were supported and helped by our guide - Michael from mouzenidis travel. As it turned out later on that day, a massive theft was committed, and not only in this hotel, but in the neighboring five and in many others. Beware of these resorts! Give valuables to the safe to the administrator !!!!!! !
