I was with my husband in the first half of September, flew to Heraklion airport, we were met at the airport by representatives of Mouzenidis and went to the hotel, it took about an hour and a half to get to the hotel. The hotel staff met us at the hotel, showed us around and showed us the hotel, check-in at two in the afternoon, but we were lucky and we were checked in at 12:00, the reception at the hotel is small, there are employees who speak Russian, and all employees speak English fluently.
Internet in the hotel is quite fast, catches everywhere even in the rooms.
The rooms are spacious, the safe is free, the air conditioning only works when all the doors are tightly closed, the mini-bar is also free (replenished every day).
The food at the hotel is excellent, it's true, we have stayed in many hotels, and we can say with confidence that the food is excellent. By the way, there is often seafood, delicious pizza, and an open kitchen.

The hotel is family-run and animation works, it is more childish than adult and unobtrusive.
The hotel also has an a la carte restaurant, you can go there for free once a week, it works only for dinner. A great opportunity to enjoy the sunset and have a delicious meal, by the way, there is also an open kitchen and very pleasant service.
Around the hotel there are two small shops, a pharmacy (only it does not work on Sundays) and a bus stop, from which you can go to Rethymnon, where you can take a walk and do shopping.
We bought two excursions, the first one was for the confluence of three seas - Balos Bay. Beach excursion for the most part, there is very beautiful water, and there is pink sand, but only for the whole day, we left at 7:30 and returned by 20:00.
We were also on a Cretan evening - in my humble opinion, the best trip for this holiday. It’s not far to go, the whole evening passed with live Greek music, we ate lamb, which has been cooked for 4 hours, it’s very tasty, there were crayfish and rakomelo, wine from drinks, we also studied all Greek dances, we highly recommend everyone to go there, it’s worth it. Very satisfied with the rest.
