I'll start in order. All the reviews that we read before the trip are PURE TRUTH. We arrived at 8 o'clock in the evening....I ordered a room already in the month of March (BEACH) - there are no rooms... they send us to the very top of the village . . (170 steps)... I tell them the number is paid for the beach, and you tell me to the village... I had to make a fuss, they didn’t give us a room, but they promised to change it in the morning after breakfast, They gave us a bonus - free sunbeds and an umbrella for 12 days. In the morning, everything was moved as promised, but the mood was spoiled (I went to celebrate my birthday). All Negativity was smoothed out by our guide Elena from TUI. Well done girl worked for 5..... Towels were changed every other day, (like the bed)... Or after the scandal....And you can live in a hotel, only the food there is all stewed. My husband and I went to eat the grill at Valentino's tavern. Friendly people, delicious food, huge portions and the cheapest place in Bali....
