We booked through Mouzenidis Travel (Mouzenidis Travel), chose a Studio room, and received a Maisonette, although the site of the tour operator did not list this type of room in this hotel. At first it seemed inconvenient to us, but they could change to Studio only on the 5th day, and by that time we got used to it and decided not to fuss. As I understand it, the hotel has 2 Maisonette rooms with separate entrances and a common courtyard. This courtyard faces the street on one side. Entrance to the rest of the rooms past the reception. All rooms have balconies, some are comfortable, and some are very narrow, neither a table nor chairs fit on them.
The rooms are not too spacious, there is not enough space to put things, but for a 2 * it's normal. The air conditioner is a bit noisy, but it has enough power. The beds do not wobble or creak, the mattresses are comfortable, the pillows are flat (I hate high pillows), the linen is new and clean. Cleaned every day (and cleaned very well), change of linen 2 times a week. The hotel staff is very friendly, always ready to help, the owner of the hotel almost always sits next to the reception and is ready to solve any problems.
Warm water at any time of the day, only the heater is far away, sometimes you have to wait a long time until it comes. A shower without a curtain is not convenient, but in 2 * it often happens.

Wi-Fi seems to be available throughout the hotel as I could see at least 3 routers. In any case, in our room it was possible to connect to 2 routers.
The kitchenette is very cramped, about 4 meters by eye. Refrigerator (in excellent condition), a sink built into the desktop, 2 cabinets (the 3rd one is occupied by the hood). The set of dishes is very poor: a stainless steel pot and a frying pan (1 common lid), 3-4 small and deep plates, cups, saucers, glasses, forks, large and small spoons, table knives. There are no kitchen knives (we didn’t count on good knives, we brought our own, but not at all... ), there is a spatula for frying, a cezve, a cutting board and a beer opener. Everything: ((We had to take the kettle at the reception. This is not the first time we have taken a room with a mini-kitchen, but we have never met such asceticism!
There is a small dining table in the kitchen, the second, slightly larger, stands in the courtyard, from which the entrance to the room is. What is bad is that only 4 plastic chairs rely on 2 tables, they have to be constantly carried to the kitchen and back. And it's good that there were only three of us. The room is designed for four, but only 3 chairs fit in the kitchen (! ), and dining on the street is not always comfortable - mosquitoes pester. By the way, do not forget the electric fumigator - even 1 mosquito can ruin the whole night.
I really liked the breakfasts, they turned out to be very high quality for a 2 *: scrambled eggs and / or boiled eggs, sausages, sausage, cheese, chopped tomatoes and cucumbers, feta and / or olives, white, gray and fried bread, pizza slices, some pastries with feta, 2-3 types of sweet pastries, 2 juices (not diluted), milk, tea, coffee (brewed to order), butter and jam in single packs, there were figs from fruit almost every day (! ). What is strange, yogurt was only 1 time, and there was never olive oil and wine vinegar. And the breakfast time is not usual - from 9:00 to 10:00.

Within walking distance (50-100 meters) there are 4 supermarkets, the assortment and prices in them are somewhat different, you can choose. But there is no large chain supermarket (like Lidl's) closer than in Paralia Katarini, and even then it's not Lidl, but something smaller.
Catering is mainly located along the waterfront. Moreover, the houses on the embankment are not solid, but with a large gap, in this place there is a public garden with a municipal playground. Most of the restaurants are located to the left of this square and we liked these restaurants more than those to the right. With one exception - the fish tavern AVPA (or AYPA, written differently in different places) in the second line at the right edge of the square (40-50 meters from the hotel).
Separately about the beach. In Nei Pori, it is sandy, wide, the sand is fine, the entrance to the water is gentle, sandy, the real depth begins 30-40 meters from the shore. In general, a typical children's beach. And there are a LOT of kids. This summer, according to the guide, was hot, the water warmed up well, people did not get out of the water for hours. Even in a storm there were a lot of people in the water - jumping in the waves.
Unfortunately, we did not find a car rental company nearby, we had to rent a car through Mouzenidis, they transferred the order to Pieriacar Rent a car, the distributor of SIXT rent a car. It was a nightmare. This is my 9th or 10th vacation in Greece, I always took a car, but this was the first time I had such a disgrace. First of all, their Nissan Micra, oddly enough, turned out to be in category C, although the size and engine size, in my opinion, corresponds to category B, if not A. But the price in the price list was no different from category B cars, so this just surprised. Then they strained the tricks with the price list. Firstly, for the first time ever, I was required to pay extra for a child seat (more precisely, a booster) - 5 euros per day. Secondly, they demanded to pay a deposit of 150 euros or pay additional insurance for mirrors, wheels and the bottom of 15 euros per day. Since it was very reminiscent of "business in Russian", I immediately agreed to extended insurance. And he turned out to be right! The car had badly balanced wheels, one wheel was lowered (just enough so that it would not be conspicuous during a superficial examination, but for all three days they signaled to me, or even slowed down to show that there was a problem with it) and the lamp was on. engine check". I am sure that there were other hidden defects, if necessary, they would have been shown to me. Thus, renting a very modest car for 3 days cost 195 euros (usually fit in 135-155 euros) and, for the first time in my practice, they gave me a WRONG car!
