We rested at El Greco Hotel-2 * Paralia Katerinis in July 2014. , the main criterion for choosing a hotel was its location, convenient for traveling by car. At the entrance to the hotel, they tried to put us in a room of less than 10 m2, instead of the declared studio room (25 m2), they referred to the busy season, the lack of rooms, and this is with a tour package purchased and 100% paid from Mouzenidis Travel for 2.5 months ?? ? !! ! After a long wait for the arrival of a representative of Mouzenidis Travel and unpleasant proceedings, we were nevertheless provided with a studio room corresponding to the tour package. Free rooms, of course, were... Excellent attitude towards the Russian tourist!! ! The time from arrival at the hotel, and check-in to the corresponding room, is more than 4 hours... From further communication with the owners of the hotel, I can say that they are kind people, but why did we have to start our acquaintance with nonsense ?!... Upon returning from vacation, we turned to Mouzenidis Travel LLC not even with a complaint, but rather with wishes that the consumer be provided with full and clear information on the hotel page, briefly describing the situation. Here are a few lines from the answer: - On the day of arrival, you were given a Studio room with two rooms ( SOUNDS LIKE A FUCKING ), according to your voucher. When inspecting the room, you did not like the accommodation provided. Due to the Company's customer first policy, you have been assigned another larger Studio with three rooms ( SOUNDS LIKE AN INSULT ) at no additional charge. The room in which we lived, one-room, about 25 m2. - Your wishes regarding the addition of information on the official website of the Company were taken into account. After its verification, all additions will be reflected on the Mouzenidis Travel website. Almost a year has passed... And things are still there. Be careful when choosing this hotel, the hotel page does not provide complete information!
