Не выполняют заявленное! They don't do what they say!

If you are looking for a quiet budget holiday in a clean and welcoming hotel, this is not for you. In fact, the price and category of the hotel, which is stated in the price list, does not justify itself. Perfect cleanliness - naturally advertising photos. Yes, they cleaned the room honestly every day, but apparently with their eyes tightly closed, so that God forbid they themselves would not be afraid of such dirt, so they only washed the floor, smearing sand in the corners, and made the bed. And, they also gave out snow-white towels with some rusty spots, pillows and mattresses with someone else's hair.
We went to Greece not for fur coats, but for the sake of relaxation and positive emotions. Therefore, I would like to say separately about hospitality. Several times, an elderly intelligent woman drew attention to herself, who considered it her duty to make remarks to tourists in a raised voice, as if you were not in a hotel, but in her personal home. It caused absolutely unnecessary negative emotions.
Nevertheless, everything that was promised by the tour operator has been fulfilled, but with a solid three.

Expectations from the hotel were based on past experience of visiting 2-star hotels in Germany and France. We hoped for the same European level.
