The breakfast at the hotel is quite mediocre. Every day the same thing - vegetables: cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers, 3 types of meat: salami and ham, fried ham and scrambled eggs. Well, a standard set of breads and all sorts of cookies. Very tasty warm tiropita (cheese pies) and the same ones with sausage. Sometimes there was a delicious cake, they bake themselves there. The restaurant in the hotel is very classy and at an affordable price. For two, you can have lunch or dinner up to 50 euros with homemade wine. The cuisine is delicious! Be sure to visit the restaurant in the villa, right on site. Italian restaurant, on the menu appetizers, pasta and risotto. Nice music and live saxophone playing. Stylish lounge music plays every day on the beach and you can order cocktails and snacks. A cocktail costs 9 euros. Delicious! On weekends the music plays louder and creates a club mood : ) Great place for young people, I think.
The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful with everything. For Greece - unusually good service! They even brought us ice in plastic cups as we wanted to drink our wine on the beach. They also gave me a knife for a watermelon, and in general, not a single request was refused. As soon as difficulties arose, everything was resolved very quickly, both with parking and with sunbeds on the beach. One day we went out for lunch, returned, and our sunbeds were occupied. After this incident, the "reserve" on 2 umbrellas and sunbeds was all the days of our holiday. There is a system, the entrance is free to the beach, but you need to order something from the bar. Nice people come. Priority always resident in the hotel. This is a common practice in Greece. The parking lot was full on weekends but we always had a spot.
Of the minuses, I can only name endlessly and without exception smoking Greeks! The hotel is mainly for locals. Not only do everyone smoke, but they also stick cigarette butts between the pebbles, despite the fact that there are ashtrays everywhere. A little more annoyed sometimes dogs passing by and importunate Negro sellers of all sorts of nonsense. But these are all claims rather to the country, and not to the hotel.
I recommend renting a car at the airport. Save on transfers and enjoy more attractions. And of course, you can visit the nearby taverns for dinner or lunch. You can go to the mountains, visit the monastery in Kalavryta, see ancient Delphi (there is a beautiful town of Nafplion along the way). It is still very beautiful in the South of the Peloponnese, but it is a bit far from the hotel there. If you wish, go to Epidavros.
