Of course, in this state, he does not quite reach 4k, but he deserves 3+. We were initially interested in a hotel close to the beach. The beach here is magnificent, next to the park. The check-in was fast, even at 10 am, although they usually check in from 2 pm. There were no questions about the number, everything was cleaned, there was hot water. Outdated a little renovation and nothing more. Everyone left, nothing was missing. Food breakfasts - very good, but the Internet was rather weak.
If the rooms have access to the road, then you need to be prepared for the fact that it will be a little noisy. The city is still touristy, it is better to take a view of the sea or the mountain.
The hotel is very conveniently located, it is really the first line. And the beach, and the park, and restaurants are right there nearby, and the hospital - everything is nearby, this is a big plus.
