We liked our holidays in Greece at the Mantas hotel, but at the same time, the prices in Greece for middle-class people are prohibitively expensive, and the service, of course, does not reach the European level. The ticket was purchased at the Formula of a Good Vacation on Nevsky 151 travel agency, because they had tours on dates and at a price that suits us. But I still don’t understand why large travel agencies don’t have tickets for flights, while the plane flew to Athens half empty !! ! And back, too, with a load of 1/3, I even slept lying on 3 chairs! As for the hotel itself, a normal three-ruble note with acceptable food. It so happened that we were in all three hotels of the Mantas chain! When purchasing a ticket at a travel agency, they showed us an excellent room in the picture, finding out that I agreed to the sea 60-100 meters, while the manager at the Formula Good Rest travel agency told me that the hotel has Wi-Fi and that the hotel is located in the center of Loutraki on the first line. In fact, when the day before departure, and it was Saturday, our courier brought our documents to our house, the hotel turned out to be not at all on the sea, but on the shores of Lake Vouliagmeni, 30 km from Loutrak and was called Mantas Bey. Of course, the apartments in this hotel were ideal, but such a vacation requires a rented car, because there are no shops on Vouliagmeni and the nearest village of Perahora is about 8 km away! To Loutraki with good beaches and the famous hydropathic in general, 25-30 km! For an additional fee of 100 Euros, our hotel guide moved us to Mantas See Said, which is really on the first line, 30 meters from the excellent beach. For dinner we went to the main Mantas 3+ meters 100 from the beach. The food is tolerable, the breakfasts are very poor and do not change at all! These are mainly boiled eggs, corn flakes, cottage cheese, cheese, ham, toast and tea and coffee. I advise you to take it without food at all. Because for 10 Euros without alcohol you will simply overeat in any cafe or tavern. The Internet in Mantas worked perfectly, they called home via Skype. So if you have your own netbook, then there are no communication problems. In principle, I liked Greece itself, beautiful nature, warm sea, what else is needed to relax. Regarding excursions, we took from the tour operator Mouzenidis Travel (there is no tour desk on the street! ). We didn’t go to Athens, it was very hot, but our compatriots who went said that they didn’t like it very much, it was hard and long to walk in the heat, and we were Arligoda-Minen (65 Euro per person) we really liked it, though it took a long time to go, for the whole day, but we visited many interesting places, the air conditioner worked properly in the bus, so we were not tired. We took a sea cruise for 115 Euros with lunch, we were not delighted, the island of Hydra is the most beautiful, the water is bright blue, just amazing, we swam and the island itself is very beautiful, then the island of Poros for 30 minutes about nothing, then the island of Aegina in general didn't impress us. Probably this is because the golop in Europe. I advise you to take an excursion to Lake Vouliagmeni (there are also 3 churches (! St. Potapius, where pilgrims come to ask for health) We went on our own from Loutrak to Corinth by bus for about 20 minutes, the fare there and back for 1 person = 1.70 Euro. Necessarily being in Loutraki go to a new spa with mineral water. It is located near the bus station, 300 meters towards the hotel Poseidon. We took baths with mineral water with hydromassage 8 Euro for 20 minutes. A pool with mineral water for 30 minutes also costs 8 Euros, I liked it more, just had a fabulous rest! Have a nice rest, I will answer questions, write. . .
