Отель, испортивший нам отдых(( The hotel ruined our holiday

In July we decided to go to Greece and chose the Grecotel kos imperial hotel. Everything would be fine, but we didn’t know how our decision to stay in this hotel would turn out. In general, I can say that all the time spent in this hotel was not filled with a single positive moment. The most memorable thing in the room is the small white cockroaches that constantly crawled near the door. The door itself was dirty for some reason, I even have a photo. Then, the hotel staff - they didn’t care about us at all, although we, like everyone else, paid for the accommodation, and not small money. Regarding swimming on the beach - it was not possible to swim, because for some reason there was a wire lying under our feet, the water was muddy, in general - my child and I did not swim there... Further - the telephone in the room worked periodically for some reason, and then it was generally from the wall fell on the floor....there was no internet at all, although all this was discussed upon check-in! There was also no plasma, so we lived in a barn, honestly! Yes, the food was also bad, more or less in the morning, and in the afternoon and in the evening, in general, some sort of mess!
