Location The hotel is located on the first line: went out in swimming trunks from the room (separate entrance) and went into the sea. In addition, the hotel is conveniently located at the intersection of the main street of Marmari and the edge of the coastal street with shops and cafes. On the one hand, it is convenient to get to and everything is at hand, on the other hand, there is no noise, extra light and crowds of tourists. Bus stop, car and bike rental, tour desk and mini market nearby. The beach next to the Blue Flag rating hotel, the cleanest sea and white sand, one of the best on the island, people in moderation. There are places to swim, sunbathe, dive and go sailing.
Food
The food at the hotel has one very significant advantage compared to the numerous local carbon-copy hotels with buffet meals. This hotel grows its own food on its own land for its own family (you can clearly see all this on the territory of the hotel itself and the adjacent plantation). You will not find food of this quality in other buffet hotels, because. there it is prepared from ingredients bought at the store. Prepared by a professional chef from Mastichari with an assistant, a relative of the owners of the hotel. There is something to compare, believe me. Food for every taste. At the end of the holiday, we asked the good-natured wife of the owner to sell us some of their own olives: they brought us a heavy bag as a gift.
Rooms
The rooms are small, rustic style, very homely and cozy. Inside there is everything: cabinets / shelves, air conditioning, refrigerator, TV, mirror. Wi-Fi is free, but catches in the rooms closer to the reception. All rooms in the main building have a sea view. Huge balconies in all rooms: you can accommodate a large family.
Environment
On the territory: a small garden of lime, banana and other trees; nice swimming pool with lighting and sun loungers/umbrellas. The owners live in the main building of the hotel, there is also a reception, a restaurant, a kitchen, a bar, a relaxation area, and a covered terrace adjoins it, where you can eat and sit outdoors if you wish. Wi-Fi is also there. Outside, the owner's olive trees and other picturesque plantations.
Service
There are no sluggish administrators who are waiting for the end of the working day. Family hotel - family service. Upon arrival, the elderly owner of the hotel meets, gets acquainted, tells everything. There is always an opportunity to approach and personally solve any issue. Staff - relatives, all very smiling, unobtrusive and good-natured people. You feel as if you came to visit a Greek grandfather. Very warm, cozy and family friendly. A representative of the tour operator came to talk with us - the owner's wife saw and brought juice to everyone, just like that. The cook came up for dinner, told what was cooked from what and how. From these little cute trifles, an unusual atmosphere of almost home comfort is formed.

Mom, dad, 7-year-old son went. The hotel confirmed its 2 stars. No frills, everything you need is in the room. Plumbing is old, but serviceable. There are few people. Breakfast is monotonous, only the sausage changes. Dinner is better, the cook is good, his tzatziki is better than in the surrounding taverns.

Pros: 1 line, 30 meters from the sea. The sea is warm and shallow. Sandy beach. Near the beach of the Marmari Beach Hotel, where Russian animation is on the beach.
Cons: 1) a sea of mosquitoes that do not respond to 2! fumigator in the room, sleeping with the doors open to the sound of the sea does not work, the air conditioner could not be turned on, because the child was coughing.
2) The place Marmari is a terrible wilderness, there is nowhere to go, it was boring.
3) I didn’t like the climate on Kos - it’s very humid for me, Turkey is 20 minutes by boat (Bodrum)
