We were in this hotel with two children: 8 and 2 years old. The first impression of the hotel is depressing. Even the little things are striking: an antediluvian TV in the room, a regular (not electronic) key to the room and the safe. The room itself is in need of renovation. The restaurant saves on staff. The people arrived every day, the waiters could not cope - they themselves had to look for either a spoon, or a kettle of hot water, etc. The dishes, indeed, were often unwashed. At the beginning of the holiday, we saw freshly squeezed juice for breakfast, but the next day it was replaced with a mixture with essence (a terrible thing). Apparently, there were more people, and the juice was not enough. But you can put up with all this, but the descent to the sea is something! With a stroller without a husband, I did not dare to go down and up even once. The car goes there, but light and for 4 passengers. The beach is amazing, of course. It was especially wonderful at one time, because this year all the grass burned down. Apparently, the crisis also affected the supply of water to the beach. Water the grass only at the entrance to the hotel. There is nowhere to walk - everywhere there are ups and downs, and not everywhere you can drive in a wheelchair. Saves the hotel animation. The guys entertained both children and adults. At check out, the room was not extended by 2 hours. Here are the privileged clients of Grekotel (they used to be in Crete and received special privileged client cards). What is the privilege - we did not understand. There is only one conclusion: the hotel is not worth the money spent, at least until it is renovated.
