We have a family vacation in Corfu for the second time. This time we chose the 3* Telemachos hotel. It was the only hotel available, so we didn't really expect anything, and the reviews weren't particularly encouraging either. I can say for sure that much is exaggerated. Everything is very good. Much in the hotel for an additional fee (air conditioning, safe for a deposit of 20 euros (they are returned) and Wi-Fi). We took air conditioning for the whole stay at once for 7 euros / day and for 3 days of internet. The Internet did not catch everywhere, but as we understood, this is a matter of the locality, since even telephones were not well caught here. As for the hotel, it is not on the first line, it takes about 15 minutes to walk to the beach downhill. Sunbeds and umbrellas for an additional fee. The only thing was that it was hard to get up. The hotel is not suitable for older couples as there is no shuttle from the hotel to the beach. The territory of the hotel is small, but we did not plan to spend the entire holiday at the hotel, and there is plenty of space for an evening walk. The hotel staff is friendly enough, provided a good room. The room is clean, the cleaning is of high quality, the linen is changed regularly. We drove into town almost every day. It is impossible not to fall in love with this island, it is very beautiful, colorful and green. The hotel is also good for its price.
