Rested with my husband on the island of Corfu, this is not our first visit to Greece, but on this island for the first time. We chose a hotel from a number of family hotels, so if you want to enjoy the silence, then the hotel is unlikely to suit you, as there are many families with children. But we were embarrassed only for the first two days, then we got used to it and even made friends with many children. Moreover, during our visit, we tried to visit as many beautiful places in Greece as possible, and not spend all the time in a hotel or lie on the beach, although we managed to do this too!
The advantages of the hotel: its convenient location, only 40 kilometers from the airport, this road passed almost imperceptibly for us, very close to the center of the resort town of Sidari, where we went for a walk, ate in taverns, tried local cuisine and bought souvenirs for relatives. The city of Corfu is also only 40 km away.
As for the room, it is spacious and comfortable. We were able to feel the Greek hospitality as soon as we crossed the threshold, the staff always breathes warmth, it is clear that people do their work with soul.
Meals are all-inclusive, but as a rule it ties to the hotel, and since we went on excursions, it was not very convenient. But the food here is very tasty, the choice of dishes is the most diverse, and most importantly, there is no traditional hotel food, which makes you feel bad the very next day!
The territory of the hotel is simply buried in greenery, since the hotel is located right on the hill, every day you have a unique opportunity to look at the beautiful scenery!
There is also a pool with fresh water on the territory, but, unfortunately, we only managed to lie down there a couple of times, and if there is a sea, why do we need a pool.
The beach is clean, although it is located quite far. Well, I won’t even write about the sea! Come and see for yourself!!!
The rest went with a bang, in general, like any other of our holidays in this wonderful country! And the country is really beautiful and, as we understand, it has not yet been explored by us!
