My husband and I rested at the Corfu Village 4 * hotel. A beautiful hotel in the Greek style, with a very large territory, built in an amphitheater, three levels. Every morning we had a fitness plan, as we went down to the restaurant and to the pool. Maybe for older people or with small children it would be a little inconvenient, but for us this nuance of the hotel was a clear plus, especially since we selected the hotel carefully and learned about all its features in advance. We lived on the second tier of R 207, there is a lot of greenery around the buildings - citrus fruits, cypresses and other flowering shrubs. The sea is very clean and transparent, the entrance is small pebbles, turning into sand. The only thing is that the beach is next to the road, where you can hear the noise from passing cars. Initially, when we checked in, we were a little shocked when we drove to the room in a blue car, we were accompanied by a hotel guide, she reassured us that it was worth it. And, really, when we went out to the balcony, we saw a panoramic view of the sea! Peace and quiet! Complete withdrawal from the hustle and bustle).
Breakfast is a standard set - yogurt, muesli, cheese, ham, scrambled eggs, etc. For dinner, there is not a very large variety, but we never left hungry. It was felt that the food was prepared with soul and, most importantly, everything was fresh. In general, I really like Greek cuisine, that everything is natural, healthy, although some dishes are very high-calorie. For lunch we went to the tavern opposite the hotel and a little further to the Marbella tavern. Portions in Greece, as we understand, like to impose very large. In general, we were satisfied with our stay at the hotel and on Corfu.
