If you want to go to Corfu and stay in a decent hotel, in no case do not get fooled by the advertising of the Elly Beach Hotel! As a rule, in travel agencies it is presented as a 4 * hotel, in fact - 2 * economy. And you pay just like for 4 *. Resettlement at the reception is extremely slow - our group is resettled for 2 hours. And all because all those who arrived were settled not by the beach overlooking the sea (as promised in the travel agency Solveks tour), but in bungalows, to which they had to go uphill in a broken-down minibus. On the claims of the arrivals, they said that there were no other rooms. Some began to call Solvex Tour with a demand to resolve this issue (by the way, among the arrivals there were elderly people who simply couldn’t go up and down every day back and forth), promised to think of something and disappeared. In Solvex Tour, we were advised to "catch the positive and relax" in response to our requests to be moved to a different hotel. Which was really difficult. The hotel is dirty, the service is zero, the food is disgusting. From cleaning - only dressing the bed, dirt on the floor, stains on the tables, etc. are not removed at all. There are cobwebs hanging in the corners that no one cares about. The owner and staff are extremely unfriendly, they walk with gloomy faces, they are reluctant to answer questions. For 10 days of stay bed linen was not changed even once. The plumbing is all leaking, the bathrooms are dirty, the walls are shabby, there are no curtains in the bathroom. Your request to hang a curtain in the bathroom will respond 4 times at best.
This hotel offers half board - breakfast and dinner. The food is monotonous, the menu is repeated every other day, a huge number of wasps fly in the restaurant, with which nothing is done. If only you order food here for a fee, they may put burnt coffee on the table to scare away wasps. Fruits are mostly canned, drinks at dinner at your own expense, you can not bring your own water.
Very dirty pools - everywhere there is green plaque on the walls, the water is muddy, I have never seen at least one of the pools cleaned. The same with the territory of the hotel - leaves, garbage, bottles are not removed. The maids pile empty bottles from the rooms under the trees, so they lie there.

Our guides not only did not help in solving problems, but also said that if we make a row, then we will just be evicted and all claims will be taken to court. Our guide Tatyana told us that this is not a 4 * hotel, but a 2 * economy one. The reception categorically refused to show the certificate of the hotel.
