We stayed there in July 2011. The hotel is located on several levels on a slope. We opted for a sea view bungalow on the lower level. Each bungalow has its own balcony with a table where you can enjoy a glass of cool Greek wine during the heat of the day (quite good, by the way) and admire the view of the sea, blooming roses and olives growing right next to the balcony. There is nothing supernatural in the room: TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, double bed, wardrobe, table with a mirror and a bathroom with a shower. Everything was as stated, nothing was wrong. Everything is clean, new. Towels were changed every day, if you throw them on the floor, the bed was made, the mess was cleaned up. . . The hotel has its own pebble beach. Sunbeds free of charge. There is a small stall on the beach where they pour beer (quite tolerable), gin, tequila, rum, the traditional Greek drink ouzo, metaxa, lemonades, juices, too, everything is free as much as you can carry. (I will make a reservation that we took the ol inclusive). Nearby is a beach restaurant (Czech table), where at lunchtime they serve an unlimited number, but compared to the main restaurant, a limited number of dishes, as well as fruits, sweets. A staircase leads from the bungalow to the beach, it passes under the road that stretches along the entire coast. From the lower level of the bungalow to the beach is very close, but from the upper level it’s quite high to go down, and if you went to the beach and forgot, say, a mask, then you definitely won’t want to return to the room. The main building of the hotel with a huge restaurant and reception is located on the first level, there is also a large balcony with tables and upholstered furniture, hanging over the sea and presenting a beautiful view to your attention. Sitting on the balcony, you can look through the eyes of dolphins or look at flying planes that land / take off from Corfu, which is very close, because they fly quite low. They offer all the same drinks right there and also for free, like, until 24.00, as far as I remember. Food at the hotel is a separate issue. I've never seen such a huge selection of food anywhere. . Language does not turn to call this abundance, so hackneyed, thanks to Turkey and Egypt, the word "buffet". . . Entering the restaurant, you see three endless tables in front of you, into which such stainless steel troughs with food are inserted. All kinds of sweets are presented on the first table: these are various pastries and cakes, cottage cheese and biscuits, honey-soaked, with and without nuts, and ice cream with different flavors. . . Fruits are also here: melons, watermelons, apples, pears, oranges, grapes, kiwi. On the next table there are various snacks: these are cheeses and various carbonates and several types of pickled olives, hot peppers, various different sauces, dressings, and chopped vegetables, both individually and already collected in salads. Do you still have room on your plates and trays? We haven't even gotten to the main course yet. We move on. . . the next table presents meat and fish dishes and again abundance abundance abundance. . . for three weeks I did not have time to try everything that I regret, everything is very tasty and fresh. There are soups and a large variety of breads on smaller tables. . Red and white wine, beer, juices, water are poured on the tables for drinks. All this splendor happens at lunchtime, breakfasts are less varied, however, there is plenty to choose from, even if you are a gourmet. For breakfast, you can make yourself coffee, since there is a Turk and heated sand, and several varieties of ground coffee near the wall. There are special chairs for children. In the evenings, animators work in the main building to entertain guests. There are holidays in the beach restaurant, and then the girls in beautiful traditional dresses dance sirtaki incendiary. The staff is polite and smiling. They respond adequately to requests, they speak English. There is a lot to see on the island. The most convenient way to do this is by car. The hotel provides a car rental service, but international driving license is required and the prices differ not for the better. It is worth going outside the hotel, and you will rent a car with our usual rights and not at all expensive. We traveled all over the island far and wide. Aboriginal people in mountain villages offer homemade wines, liqueurs and olive oil. . Summary: an excellent, immersed in greenery hotel that deserves its 4 stars, the food is beyond praise.
