When asked to change the room, the standard answer is that the hotel is full and they can’t help, while there was a massive check-in and check-out during the week, and every day someone leaves, because. many vacationers come by car. The question is, what did we pay for? Who gave our number? We also booked a room with a sea view. Why didn't we get what we paid for?
