We are currently staying at this hotel. Let's just say that a 4 * hotel has clearly finished painting itself. Three stars is the maximum. Those who write about good service and food, apparently never rested in normal conditions. The only positives of the hotel are the rooms and compactness. That's all. Meals at Al Inclusive are FB with free drinks and then one glass in one hand. The AI system includes soft drinks at bars and local alcohol (not all). Local brandy, disgusting quality (tastes like burnt plastic), local UZO tincture and local liqueurs (Amaretto, Triple Sec) liqueurs are rather syrups that give a little alcohol. At the same time, the norm in one hand is a maximum of 60 gr. Do not wait for water in the minibar. Upon arrival, they give a bottle and everything, at the bar only in glasses, if you want to take water to the beach with you, buy it. Saving on water, in the crazy heat is a mockery of the guests. There is a sense of undisguised savings on everything.
The food is monotonous and not tasty.
For 8 days, everything is already tired of worse than bitter radish. Constantly the same. Lots of semi-finished products of dubious quality. You can’t take food out of the restaurant, once I couldn’t go to lunch (due to health reasons), my husband and son got me food, but the waiter attacked the child, began to scare him with fines, while the child explained that the food was for a mother who was not feeling well , zero response. Later, one of the owners of the hotel explained to me that this was done for the purpose of safety, they say, what if I don’t eat right away, the food will be lost and I will get poisoned. All this sounds great, except for one BUT, the same owner said that if we can't come to the meal, we should order a box in the restaurant. And here the logic is not clear: the food taken out on the plate will disappear, but not in the box? And another question is what they will put in this box. And actually, how can I order boxing in advance, I’m not Vanga to foresee when I will feel bad.
The fool understands that this is an ordinary redneck. The same zhlobstvo and on bars, drinks are free only until 22:00. At 22:01 you will be asked for money for water. In the bar, the waiters frankly do not add alcohol, and when you point it out to them, you are simply sent in a rude manner.
Cleaning in the room is terrible, the maximum is for you to put towels and sheets. In the shower for 8 days a bunch of empty jars have accumulated, as they stood and stand, sand in the room is like in a desert. No one even thought to walk with a wet cloth. In addition, the cleaning lady allows herself to walk around the room without protective equipment, which is unacceptable at this time. In addition, as the hotel filled up, hot water miraculously disappeared, if you want to wash yourself after 21:00, wash yourself with cold water.
The beach is about 10 minutes walk from the hotel, in principle, it’s normal, but there’s a problem, the beach strip is very narrow, and there are a lot of hotels in the area, so there’s nowhere to lie on the beach, or rather there are places on sunbeds, but the price is from 6 euros.
To enter the room you need special shoes, everywhere there are large pebbles and cobblestones, it is very easy to beat your feet.
The hotel has a pool with sun loungers, but the hotel does not provide towels, or rather they do, but for a deposit of 20 euros, this is unacceptable for 4 *.
And another nonsense, everywhere in the world check-out from hotels takes place at 12:00 and only in this hotel you will be kicked out of your room at 11:00.
In general, I would not recommend this hotel, the overall rating is 2 out of 10. Advice for hotel owners: stop saving on the comfort of guests, remove boors from bars, this is unacceptable.

I chose this hotel on the recommendation of a travel agency, which I greatly regretted. The room itself was not bad, cleaned every day, the bed was changed once a week. The food is VERY monotonous, tasteless, there is no choice, cooked on the back. Children have nothing to eat at all, not a single porridge for a week, there were 2 soups, inedible at all (from briquettes).

Drinks were poured from some kind of hoses, nothing was ever poured from a bottle (beer, wine). Wine powder, does not climb into the throat. The bartender is always with a disgruntled face, everything was done with a favor. You feel like you are visiting, not in a hotel in Greece. All the staff sits next to the tables in the cafe and talks and laughs loudly (cleaners, cooks, the whole family of owners, including small children). After 22:00 they do not even give water to children for free, they ask for money, not to mention alcohol.
The children's playground is one old slide and 2 swings on rusty chains. The sea is far away, you need to cross the road and go down 500-700 meters in the heat, and then uphill back up (this is by no means the second line). The beach is municipal, sun loungers are paid (15 euros), but they are not free. The beach is terrible, narrow coastline, reminiscent of an iron port. There is not enough space, everywhere people lay bedding and put up their umbrellas. A nightmare. The sea is warm, clean, good, but this does not apply to the hotel, but in August there will be fish that bite painfully. From the entertainment in the evening, NOTHING, sit near the bar (until 22:00) or play big chess.
The attitude towards the guests is indifferent, it seems that they are waiting for you to leave. If you want a glass wine glass or just a glass of beer, it is issued only once per evening, you go everywhere with it and rent it to the bar until 22:00. The only alcoholic drink included is wine (white and red), beer, terrible brandy, and one unfortunate amaretto cocktail. Desserts are inedible, once they even gave a dessert soaked in some kind of vodka, all the children spat. Coffee is also disgusting from an incomprehensible tap already with milk. Juices and drinks powdered and diluted.
Water is supplied to the room once a week, every evening we went to the supermarket for it. They gave delicious ice cream, but only from 12 to 17. The pillows in the room were wooden, as if from a mattress, it was impossible to sleep, the neck hurt for another 3 days after departure. We had to rent a car for 65 euros for the day, we had to return at 22:00 on the same day to see at least something that would remind Greece.
Conclusion: I will not go to this hotel (which is located in some village), even for free. You can't call it Greece, there is no service.
