He and his wife had a rest in July 2013 with the tour operator Muzenidis-Travel.
In general, the hotel makes a good impression - a neat, albeit small area, in itself small in size, which eliminates crowds and queues at the restaurant. It is very convenient - about 350 m from the sea. The beach is amazing in beauty and cleanliness, close to it is selected pine forest. Air of exceptional purity, combines the aroma of sea breeze and coniferous forest. Nearby is a beautiful, well-kept hotel "Alexander the Great", through which the path to the beach. There was also a wonderful Greek evening with songs and dances. The rooms in the hotel are not bad, the furniture and plumbing are not new, but in working order; large spacious and isolated from neighbors, cozy balconies; small TV and refrigerator. In general, everything is good. But...
Before we arrived at the hotel, we faced a number of unpleasant circumstances that overshadowed the first day of our stay in Greece. A number of hotel services, which were announced as free on the tour operator's website, turned out to be paid. In particular, declared as free Internet Wi-Fi in the lobby is paid, and you need to pay for at least 2 hours. There is also an additional charge of E5 per day for air conditioning. As soon as we complained about the inaccuracy of Muzenidis' information, changes were made to the website. However, this did not make it easier for us (hopefully, it will benefit other tourists who come after us). The information materials of the hotel itself also contained an inaccurate inaccuracy about its location - 500 m from Kriopigi and 1 km from Kallifeya (in fact, 1.5 and 3.5 km, respectively, which is easy to check on the map).
The hotel staff is not friendly, dishonest attitude to some responsibilities. For example, when going on a tour, we received the so-called. lunch-box only after two reminders. As a result, it turned out to be one mini-sandwich (two slices of bread, one slice of sausage and two slices of tomato). The price of this breakfast clearly does not correspond to E8 (this is the price of breakfast at this hotel). Once we found out what breakfasts tourists received from other hotels, we were finally convinced that we were victims of fraud. Attempts to clarify the situation with the hotel staff did not lead to anything, only caused an inadequate reaction in the form of outright rudeness on the part of the bartender, who took the most active part in our conversation with the receptionist.
In addition, we were surprised by the receptionist's statement that the maintenance of such breakfasts is entirely at the discretion of the hotel and is not governed by any arrangements with the tour operator. In general, the food caused numerous complaints not only from us but also from most tourists. Meals at Hotel Pashos are monotonous, tasteless, the same dish is repeated many times (a hit of culinary art here is rice and baked chicken wings). The only exception was on the day of the inspection's arrival (we were able to find out the reason for such a wonderful metamorphosis the next day), when dinner corresponded to the level of the hotel and the expectations of vacationers.
Other minor drawbacks include the lack of shampoo and soap only on the day of arrival, the smell on the hotel, the lack of a storage room and the location of garbage cans with foul odors directly at the entrance to the hotel.
Room cleaning was purely symbolic and was reduced mainly to refueling the beds.
The work of the staff of the tour operator Muzenidis-Travel in the hotel caused very serious complaints. Two representatives of the company, which serves in addition to our hotel 'Alexander, the Great', were careless with their responsibilities. They were never at work during the reception listed in the tour operator's folder. During the meeting, they did not even name the time and place where they could be met, indicating only the mobile phone number of the Greek operator.
It seems that their only function was to sell tours on excursions while completely ignoring the interests of tourists themselves. The lack of contact with them forced us to find out the time of transfer to the airport on the eve of departure.
Throughout the last day, we were unaware of the time of the transfer, calling three times from the reception to the office of Musenidis in Greece. This is the level of recreation organized by this tour operator, about which we read on its website only laudatory reviews of tourists (it would be interesting to know who really leaves them? ). By the way, Wi-Fi in their buses also does not work.
Excursions to Thessaloniki were also senselessly organized. It was attended by more than 80 people by two buses. Only one guide was provided for this number of tourists.
This caused great inconvenience - excessive haste, pushing, inability to get acquainted with interesting information. At least two guides should be used when planning excursions with such a large number of participants.
In addition, the announced trip to the wine cellar with tasting was perceived by many tourists as not a very good joke: it was difficult to find both the cellar (just a shop in the basement) and the tasting itself. However, for Muzenidis such trips can be very profitable in terms of selling their own wines at the most inadequate prices (Muzenidis has its own winery).
In general, the impressions of the organization of tour services are unpleasant. We advise you to stay away from the hotel Pashos (Pashos), so as not to spoil your holiday.
And Greece itself - the sea, nature, cultural heritage - is wonderful, and even such a specific service could not spoil our pleasure from traveling to this wonderful country!

Rested with my husband from 1.07 to 11.07. At the hotel we were met by representatives of the tour operator, immediately gave the keys to the room. The room turned out to be small, with a tiny balcony, so, at our request, the next day we were moved upstairs to a more comfortable room. An unpleasant moment in terms of the room - PAID air conditioning !! ! Moreover, the voucher for the settlement was purchased from Mouzenidis, who eventually met us in Greece.

An unpleasant moment in terms of the room - PAID air conditioning !! ! Moreover, the voucher for the settlement was purchased from Mouzenidis, who eventually met us in Greece. That is, the tour operator in this case deceived, without warning even when buying a voucher that this service was paid. Oh well... Otherwise, the room is quite comfortable, everything is whole, the maids cleaned it late, but every day, the bed was changed 3 times in 10 days, as were the towels.
Regarding nutrition, according to the HB system, my husband and I ate both at breakfast and at dinner. There were no special culinary masterpieces, but the products were fresh, a lot of vegetables, something hot for breakfast (scrambled eggs, sausages) plus cold snacks, and, of course, muesli, cookies, jams, honey, etc. Tea and coffee are not tasty, it is better to take at the bar (espresso is about 2 euros). For dinner, the main course was a choice.
I didn’t like the fact that sometimes the cutlery was dirty, and at dinner the table was practically not wiped after the previous dinner guests. Every time I had to contact the waiter to fix it.
The hotel is located in the "second" line, used the beach of the hotel "Alexander the Great". And for this it was necessary to cross a busy road in an extremely inconvenient place - between two turns. One could judge the approaching car by the noise of tires and the engine, but not visually. I wouldn't risk running with kids.
The beach is clean, the sea is just a fairy tale. Quiet, clean, very warm. Sunbeds with an umbrella cost 5 euros on a weekday, on Saturday for some reason 8 euros.
The nearest market is 500 meters from the hotel, about 1 km to Kriopig, about 3.5 km to Kallithea (40 minutes walk). Go to Kallithea through the village of Solenos (sort of like that), so in that village there are souvenir shops and taverns.
Regarding excursions, we went to Meteora (70 euros / h) and Olympus-Dion-Vergina (55 euros / h). Stunning places, just an unimaginable combination of nature and organically fitting architecture. The tours are organized very well and were not tiring.
In general, the impressions of the country are the most wonderful, but next time I will be more attentive to the choice of a hotel.

Good day to all! I stayed at the hotel at the end of August. I'll start from the very beginning. We were met at the airport, taken to the bus, taken to the hotel - everything was fine. True, no one met at the hotel, I had to explain myself who you are and what you want. I had paid for sng, settled in a triple room, the girl at the reception apologized that it happened, but it didn’t bother me at all.

True, no one met at the hotel, I had to explain myself who you are and what you want. I had paid for sng, settled in a triple room, the girl at the reception apologized that it happened, but it didn’t bother me at all. The room has old but serviceable furniture, clean, new bedding, air conditioning in the room worked fine, there was a refrigerator, TV. Large bathroom with toilet. Bed linen and towels were not changed during the week. Maybe if you ask, they will change it, I did not ask. For breakfast, a buffet, though you won’t be able to really work up fat, everything is modest, muesli, sausage and cheese of one kind, toast, jam and margarine. I had enough, though I would like fresh fruit. Dinner was served by the waiter, two dishes to choose from (one of them vegetarian), soup, salad.
But all this is not important compared to the fact that there is a beach and a warm sea across the road. On the beach, a set of sunbeds and an umbrella costs 8 euros. In general, go and you will not regret it, I was very pleased
