We were in Greece for the second time, the first time 9 years ago, we returned delighted. Despite the poor service, there was a very friendly attitude of the staff, the impressions of Greece were the most pleasant. On this visit, it seemed that we were in another country: not only were the disgusting rooms, poor food, tasteless drinks (and they know how to make great wine in Greece! ), but also the arrogant and indifferent attitude of the staff. The beach is very dirty, towels were stolen, the employees of the cafe on the beach strive to cheat just to make money on you. Complaints to the representative of the company did not bear fruit, the problems were not solved, but only caused smiles from the receptionist. There weren't enough breakfast cups for everyone in the dining room, and you couldn't ask the waitress to bring some kind of container for taking coffee or tea. One fine morning there was no coffee at all for breakfast! There are no pastries, only watermelons for fruit dinner, from lunch the child generally left hungry. And it's called All Inclusive! And do not look at the photos of the rooms on the sites! I have never seen such wretchedness anywhere else, although I do not consider myself a too strict judge. In general, dear fellow citizens, we have nothing to do with you in this hotel, let's respect ourselves, and if we pay big enough money, then get an appropriate level of accommodation and service for them. And it’s not even about the food and decoration of the rooms, but about the attitude towards our tourists, which is expressed in widespread rudeness and deceit. Disappointment - that's what's left of this holiday.
