Firstly, they wrote that 4 stars, that lunch will be from 3 x 4 hot dishes, but there were sandwiches with cucumbers !! ! and sausages - everything! dinner is also not so hot, you will come a little later - you will not get anything. so I'm giving it a two.
The rooms were very cold and the air conditioning did not work properly. In the shower, water was constantly leaking onto the floor, so there was always a swamp in the shower-toilet (the truth was fixed by the end of the holiday). There was no room service at all.
There was no shampoo or shower gel! There weren't even beach towels. I was in shock and not only me. Olga tours were then bought from themselves, because. they didn't even know what was going to happen. I put a deuce for the hotel too.
They wrote that there would be free delivery (as it turned out, to get to the nearest store, just to buy water, you need to walk 45 minutes! I personally went with my girlfriend), there was no delivery, there was a taxi from 10 euros. They didn't even put water in the fridge, it was always empty.
In short, they motivated this by the fact that they did not have time to purchase everything and complete the repairs. So why sell tickets? The rooms only pretended to be cleaned. I give it a 3 for service.
By the way, we went through Olga tours. Which of them is right, who is to blame (the owners of the hotel or Olga Tours) is not clear. But the rest was not very good. They compensated us for everything, however, with two free excursions, otherwise people made such a scandal!
