I advise you to read this review for those who travel to Greece for the first time and alone.
Firstly, Greece is an Orthodox country, the church is not separated from the state, and all this leaves a huge imprint on its population. The Greeks are very responsive, always ready to help (I'm not just talking about the hotel staff, as it goes without saying). If a Greek invites a girl to a restaurant, it may just be a desire to find a foreign interlocutor. Most speak Russian well, since many Greeks lived in the USSR. Russians are loved and respected by Russia, they do not stop repeating that Russian girls are the most beautiful. The most revealing thing is that they do not equate all Russians. The category "New Russians" (in our redneck) they stand separately.
D
Girls should beware of Albanians (a state neighboring Greece) - they are cheap labor in Greece, they don’t speak Russian at all, they introduce themselves as Italians when they meet, usually they are waiters in bars.

About the hotel. Standard 4 stars, food is so-so, I advise you to take only breakfast, dinner will appeal to those with a sweet tooth (sweets are very tasty). For 10-20 euros you will have a chic dinner in a fish tavern by the sea or in the Dias restaurant (located on the way to Kallithea). These two establishments I personally liked more than others. For an additional fee, it is possible to take 1. safe (week 4 euros), 2. Beach towels (week - 2.5 euros + 10 deposit) 3. Umbrella and sunbed on the beach (5.5 euros per day is 1 sunbed and 1 umbrella) 4. At dinner, all drinks are paid (tea is about 3 euros). There is a pool with sea water on the territory of the hotel, it is open until 18.00, but when I arrived from Athens at 22.30, I dived without causing any reprimands. There is an indoor pool (it seems with bleach) - but, alas, I have never been there. Massage. It costs about 30 euros for the whole body (of course, the price depends on the size of the body), but the procedure is worth it!
Regarding the "disco" - just not Friday, Saturday, Sunday (many people who should not be trusted). And in general, practically no one dances at a Greek disco, there is no dance floor as such, if you have time - you sit at a table, drink a cocktail, if you don’t have time - you stand against the wall, drink a cocktail. Also, all the clubs are not on site. I advise you to rent a car! There are many wonderful places that you will not get to with any excursion. The Kasandra peninsula has a ring road (around the entire peninsula) and each bay is a unique work. Prices fluctuate depending on the season, in August it is about 60 euros per day, + your gasoline, service, etc. But this is only from 23 years old and at least a year of experience.
Now about excursions. Basically, all excursions are long-distance - you have to spend a lot of time on the bus, I advise you to discreetly take a pillow from your room. Lunch boxes (packed rations in our opinion) are issued if you skip breakfast, the day before the tour at 6 pm you need to go to the reception and sign up. For a missed dinner, a promissory note for 6 euros is issued, it is valid only in the snack bar by the pool.
Meteora. This is truly a Wonder of the World, breathtaking in beauty. The same trip includes a visit to the icon-painting workshop. I advise you to take about 200 euros with you, because you will not find icons illuminated on Athos and made by the hands of monks in Russia. I do NOT recommend taking children.
Athens. I DO NOT advise taking children, for them 20 hours on the bus is flour. Of course, I highly recommend, I really liked it. But this is despite the fact that I calmly endure the road and I slept all 20 hours. If you cannot sleep on the bus, then any Acropolis will seem to you a mountain of stones and the excursion will be unbearable. In Athens, you can buy souvenirs - the choice is huge.

Cruise around Mount Athos. Great tour, not boring at all. On the ship, you need to take places at the stern and on the right side! Free time will seem catastrophically small. Be sure to have time to swim - the water is considered holy (closest to Athos), from souvenirs you can buy hand-written icons there (they cost at least 35 euros, for 10 you will buy only a photograph) and gold, but let me remind you that you will not have much time for selection. On the way back you will find a Greek evening with songs and dances, you can dance by yourself (even if you don’t know how). Basically, that's all. The rest you will see for yourself! I wish you a pleasant stay in this truly beautiful country!
