We rested with friends this summer at the Istion club 5 * hotel, a good hotel with a large, very green area. We drove from the airport on a comfortable bus for about an hour, and then we saw this complex of two-story villas right on the seashore. We took half board, arrived at the hotel at about 10 o'clock, left our things at the reception and went to breakfast. After breakfast, we were settled in the Suite, there were just 4 of us, and the suite was for four. The whole room is divided into 2 rooms, so we settled easily and simply, the room itself is very spacious, bright, the room is located on the 1st floor, so instead of a balcony we had a terrace, so we got access from the room directly to the hotel garden. The beach is clean, sunbeds are free, but it is pebbly. Opposite across the road, literally a 10-minute walk from the hotel, there is another beach, here it is just a feast for the eyes, white sand, clear turquoise sea. We took half board, that is, only breakfasts and dinners, because we only came to the hotel to spend the night. We rented a car, and probably just searched the entire peninsula of Kassandra. 15 minutes from Istion is the town of Kallithea - this is the center of nightlife for youth! There are many clubs, taverns, bars, souvenir shops. We returned almost in the morning, so we spent little time in the room, but at the same time we noticed that it was cleaned every day, bed linen was changed probably every 2 days. The food at the hotel is chic, the variety of food and its quantity on the tables was amazing. Meat, fish cooked on coals - very tasty! From fish, they mainly prepared either cod, or pangasius, or fillet of the sole; from fruits - watermelon, melon, bananas, kiwi, but peaches and nectarines were served only in the morning. We liked everything! I recommend this hotel to everyone!
