Homely cozy hotel, located in a secluded place, silence and tranquility reigns around. From a number of cheap hotels, but quite decent, as for me. I stayed with my daughter in the middle of June.
I'll start with a number. The setting is simple but cozy. Wooden furniture creates a feeling of relaxation in the countryside. And white plastered walls, fresh linen and a beautiful landscape remind you that you are in the Mediterranean. Our room had a small balcony with chairs and a table. View of the sea and green pine forest. In the morning, while waiting for my daughter to wake up, I read a book there in silence.
Sometimes we went for a walk through the woods, the smells are magical.
It took an hour from the airport to the hotel. The hotel itself is on a hill, so there are such good views from there. Ask for higher rooms if possible.
The territory is small, ennobled, clean and beautiful, there is a small pool with a section for children, a bar-restaurant, a shop.
There is a bus service near the hotel. We went to see the neighboring villages. In Afytos, I liked Thea Thalassa tavern. They cook fish very tasty and treat them with dessert as a gift. Recommended.
