We rested with a friend in May at the Daphne Holiday Hotel, a couple of minutes walk to the center of the village of Chanioti. The hotel is quite good: the rooms were cleaned every day, bed linen and towels were changed every three days. The room itself was small, but quite comfortable and bright. We rested with a friend in May at the Daphne Holiday Hotel, a couple of minutes walk to the center of the village of Chanioti.
The hotel is quite good: the rooms were cleaned every day, bed linen and towels were changed every three days. The room itself was small, but quite comfortable and bright. Everything you need for a holiday is available.
Friendly staff. There were difficulties only in communication, as the staff at the reception spoke only English.
We really liked the restaurant: delicious and varied food every day. The type of food we had was breakfast and dinner. And the restaurant itself is located at a height, from where you can simply have a gorgeous view of the sea and the village. The very location of the hotel, as it seemed to us, has both advantages and disadvantages. I liked the fact that the hotel is located in a quiet area, away from the noise and the road. Around it is calm and there is a lot of vegetation. But as for the proximity to the sea, the hotel is located far from the coastline. Every day, a walk to the sea took us about 15 minutes. As for the beaches, everything suited us very well in this regard. Good sand and pebble beach, clean, sun loungers and an umbrella for an additional fee.
When it was too lazy to go to the beach, we rested near the pool, there is a relaxation area with sunbeds, a bar works.
Of the excursions, only Meteora was visited, the trip was very impressive, the beauty is indescribable and the organization is competent. And they visited the Enigma shopping center, initially they came to Greece for a fur coat, plus they combined business with pleasure.
We did everything that was planned and, plus, we had a wonderful rest at the sea!

The atmosphere in the hotel is quiet and cozy. The hotel is ideal for everyone who loves a calm and measured rest. Upon arrival, we were met as expected, however, only Svetlana, our hotel guide, spoke Russian. We lived in a modest room, without frills. Breakfast at the hotel is monotonous, but the choice of dishes is quite wide and everything was very tasty and satisfying.

Upon arrival, we were met as expected, however, only Svetlana, our hotel guide, spoke Russian. We lived in a modest room, without frills. Breakfast at the hotel is monotonous, but the choice of dishes is quite wide and everything was very tasty and satisfying. The hotel restaurant offers a gorgeous view of Toroneos Bay and Turtle Island, so we did not regret at all that we chose this place. When we had breakfast, we always sat outside and admired the view.
Loved the pool at the hotel, it's medium in size and with different depth levels, I don't swim well so that's important to me. Sun loungers are placed around, where we actually spent a lot of time, there is a bar nearby and free internet.
The hotel is not very close to the beach, so we had to walk for 10-15 minutes, but we quickly reached the conversation. On the way to the beach, which is in the center, there are many souvenir shops. But there is another beach, on which the Molos bar is located, where for one purchased drink they give 2 sun loungers and one umbrella. Very convenient and profitable)))
In general, our vacation was a great success! I think we will return to Hanioti more than once, and maybe even to Daphne again.
