We rested with my family this year in the small cozy village of Paralia Dionisiou, which is located near Nea Moudania, in Artemis apartments. Nice apartments, very cheap in my opinion. Every morning, fishermen came to the apartment with freshly caught fish with a varied selection. Cooked right there on the grill. On the embankment, which is a five-minute walk, there are taverns where you can taste various Greek delicacies densely, tasty and cheap.
From the beach there was a beautiful view of Olympus. The beach is equipped with sunbeds from establishments that are on the first coastline, sunbeds are provided for a purchased drink. On Wednesdays, a large market is held in Mudanya, where you can buy groceries, fruits, vegetables cheaper than in a store. We bought a very tasty cherry there, fleshy, juicy. They also sell clothes.
Ten minutes away is also the Enigma center, where we went shopping by free shuttle bus. We bought souvenirs, wines, olives, and of course, a fur coat at the factory price from the manufacturer. The owner made a good deal. So we all enjoyed our stay very much and will be back next year.

Vacationing in June 2018! What can I say, I won't be back for the second time. Of the minuses, they don’t clean at all, towels don’t change linen, although in neighboring hotels of the same category they change every 2-3 days. There is no shower curtain in the bathroom, because of this the toilet, the floor and everything else was always wet, 5 minutes from the sea, but there is no beach, if you want cleaner sand you need to walk 2 kilometers.

The room is more or less, but 2 adults and a child - it was tight. And the main minus is very very boring, there is little entertainment. Of the pluses, it is a barbecue, and a kitchenette, you can cook. The stores are expensive, I advise you to go to Lidl once and stock up there.

Meteora is just an exciting place, it’s not in vain that the largest flow of tourists flocks here, well, there can be no talk of Athens, having been in Greece, you must definitely visit the capital and see the Parthenon, this is actually a unique building. The Olympus Dion Vergina program is very interesting in itself and very rich in history, and of course our guide Konstantin is a wonderful person and a Professional with a capital letter. Drivers are just smart, they make such difficult routes with millimeter accuracy. Now about the hotel itself: it is located in a quiet place in the village of Dionisiou, this is what you need for a quiet relaxing holiday. The territory is very well-groomed, there is a grill, you can fry fresh fish, which local fishermen sell every morning right at the hotel. The hosts themselves: Mrs. Eleni and her son Babis, very kind people, treated us to coffee and fruits from their garden. The beach is very clean and well maintained clear blue sea, what could be better. Thank you all for a wonderful holiday, we have the most positive memories of the days spent in this beautiful country.

At the hotel we were met by a young charming Greek Babis - the owner of the hotel) He quickly settled us, helped us with everything. He speaks English, but we hardly. But during the entire holiday there were no problems in communication, we communicated on the fingers; ) The Greek open soul is amazing! The attitude towards the Russian people is amazing! ) And it’s not only Babis, indeed, all the locals always greeted us with sincere smiles and were ready to help with any questions)

large supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, terminals, so there were no problems in these matters. By the way, on Wednesdays a large folk market opens there, where you can also take a walk, buy fresh fruits and vegetables, seafood and meat, olive oil and olives, cheeses and wine. Absolutely everything is homemade! )) Incredibly tasty, and it comes out cheaper)

It seems to me that in Greece it is simply necessary to try everything to the maximum. And, if the budget is limited, then buying everything fresh on the market and cooking it yourself is the best option. Moreover, there is not only what is there, everything, so it is EVERYTHING very fresh and tasty. One feta cheese is worth something. We bought it every day.
