We stayed at the beginning of June. We traveled with our own transport, there were 17 people with children. The settlement went quickly, they gave the first floor with access to the street behind the stage, at first it was dumb because the entrance was at the back of the building through a level below the ground (such as a semi-basement), in the room, as in a worn troika, a TV set, a hair dryer, a large refrigerator, plumbing in the bathroom was old, but everything worked, a balcony with access to the street and a cool view of the palm trees and the blue sea.
we had an ALL system, in the restaurant they fed well and varied several types of meat dishes, salads, seafood, according to a 5-point system, I would give 4+, but for lovers of intoxicating drinks, only beer and wine.
The territory is large for Greece with access through the elevator to the beach, the elevator worked during the rest, there was a bar and sunbeds with umbrellas on the beach, the bar is paid as are the sunbeds, but if you take something at the bar, it's free. A beach with a not very convenient entrance, but there are a couple of clearings without obstacles. The water was warm despite the beginning of the season, we snorkeled, but apart from hedgehogs, red mullet and a large octopus (it lives where there are stones nearby), we didn’t notice anything.

The nearest village is afitos where you can go to a restaurant and do some shopping, you need to get to it by taxi or rent a car. Near the hotel there is a Lidl supermarket (go to the right when you exit the hotel, I don’t remember the exact distance (we are on our own cars) but in the evening vacationers walked in Kallons.
there is NO wi-fi in the hotel, it seems to be there but very rarely works, the children say that they once had a session, I sent a photo via viber upon arrival, it did not reach the end of the holiday, although there is a connection at the reception and in the restaurant area.
conclusion: the hotel is not bad, you can go pluses outperforming minuses
