Further, I will not write about children who are still delighted. . . About Mouzenidis: great job - flight, transfer, attitude. The company's actions were what a reputable company that values ​ ​ its reputation should be - practically impeccable in relation to the client! Well, the hotel roughly understood what it was, but, in our opinion, the most significant drawback that BEACH cannot have even a much lower category hotel is the lack of a toilet on the beach! It is worth considering that the height of the lift to the elevator is about 30m, the toilet near the pool is designed for a maximum of two visitors of the same floor. For the first 9 days, we climbed 11 times on foot at a time when the elevator was supposed to work according to the schedule! There are no benches for rest during the ascent. . . The rest is trifles: the restaurant is not designed for such a number of vacationers, hence the lack of empty seats, queues for food, children helping themselves to ice cream with their hands.... And this is despite the fact that the restaurant staff goes out of their way to make it normal, but difficult to ski on the sand!... Another low-budget wish for the hotel - put benches with a view of the sea - because there is enough space and the view is amazing!....On July 30, a natural disaster happened - at about 16-00, our room 707, located at the edge of a cliff, was flooded with ice water (hail melted) about me below the waist (height 181cm), my wife was taller, we evacuated on our own. It’s good that when we were on the beds, I figured to turn off the power to the room, managed to take things into bundles, slightly drowning an expensive hair dryer, and safely got to the reception (even my wife walked away from the shock in 40 minutes! ). And once again, thanks to Mouzenidis, due to the lack of available rooms in Aristoteles Beach, with our consent, at 19-30 we were taken to Sithonia, to a really good four-star hotel, settled in a suite and safely met the children at the airport two days later . The reaction of Mouzenidis to a possible breakdown of the hair dryer as a result of the fact that I drowned it during the evacuation - "if it turns out to be broken, no questions asked, we will repair it". Conclusions: 1) the hotel is for those who are satisfied with it, including for budgetary reasons, there are no grounds for being close to children, but still no mother will listen to this 2) the company's services were used the second time, the quality of the company's services is decent, we can recommend "Travel with Mouzenidis" !
