Upon arrival, they put me in a servants' room under the pretext that there were no free rooms and I had to live there only (!!! ) 4 days! After long disputes, a day later I was finally moved to a room, from where they also tried to expel and settle a third with other people. It's just that one person takes up too much space, and since he is alone, he can be ignored. Moreover, no material compensation was offered for such boorish treatment. 3 days later I was moved again. Imagine how pleasant it will be for you to come to rest 3 times to move from room to room, transferring all your belongings, documents and the like. Thomas is not the owner of the hotel, but just a hired manager who does not cope with his duties at all. To extract money from customers by any means is the main task. Apart from disrespect for women.
If we talk about the hotel itself as such, then everything here is also very sad. all rooms are old, don't believe it was refurbished in 2012, as stated in all the catalogues, it's not at all. There is almost no cleaning in the rooms, there is a layer of dust on the furniture. There are no additional accessories in the bathroom except for a small soap bar. They never heard of "do not disturb" signs. Unwashed dishes in cupboards. Breakfast is very dull, terrible coffee. Music is constantly playing at night, it is almost impossible to fall asleep. In general, this hotel not only does not deserve 3 stars, I would not even give one.
Think well before you go to Anna Maria hotel. This is an absolutely disgusting place.
