I chose this hotel involuntarily, because the family went on vacation at the end of the season, as they say, what was left, plus the travel agency made a discount. We arrived at 17-45, tired, it is clear that we were settled immediately. The room for 3 is very cramped, albeit with a balcony facing the road and overlooking the sea. I was immediately upset by the smell from the sewer, eaten away by the black fungus of the shower, without a curtain and 2 cm from the toilet. Instead of 3 blankets, they put only 2, when they asked for another one, they answered turn on the air conditioner for heating!
The next day, thanks to my husband's perseverance, we were given a scratchy woolen blanket, a light bulb and a third cup. For 10 days the room was cleaned every day, the sink and toilet bowl are not cleaned in the bathroom, only the floors and do not forget about the constant stench from the sewer hole! Breakfasts are monotonous, cheap ham, cheese, marmalade, disgusting coffee in a 10-liter tub, cereal, milk, canned fruit, boiled eggs. For 2 weeks of rest, all this assortment is so tired that we can’t look at eggs and ham.
The beach is far, 1700 meters, and not as others write 600 m. No trains go down to the sea, only on foot, along a pleasant road through a pine forest. In September, you walk with pleasure, but if in the heat and with a small child in August, July, it will be difficult to go back up the steep road up.
By the end of the holiday, the owner of the empty hotel had a crisis of the genre, or an attack of greed: he fired the girl who cleaned the hotel alone and served breakfast and "took" to the job himself! He put a few slices of ham and cheese on the table, put away the tea, leaving a tub of a brew called coffee. I removed the lids from the cut, so the local cats and flies were already on the table by the time we arrived. He himself got on a bicycle and rode the whole breakfast so that he would not be asked about anything. When asked for a tea bag, apparently, he cursed in Greek and offered to contact the manager of Mouzenidikis in English with all questions. After the call from the manager, he threw tea on the table with obscenities and sat down at the table. Rest for the remaining 3 days was ruined.
I do not recommend the hotel, there is no Greek hospitality here at all! Yes stinking sewage in the room complete with inadequate host.
