Maybe this is an effect against the background of my expectations - Greek five-star hotels and all-inclusive hotels are usually not what I need, namely: there is usually no good Internet included in this all, unobtrusive service, good food. The unobtrusiveness of the staff, good Wi-Fi is usually in Greece in threes, and food is best in taverns, especially coastal ones, so you agree to all inclusive after much thought.
Somehow the Labyrinth convinced me. I was driving for a short time, I thought, I don’t really lose anything, if anything.
But this hotel, against the backdrop of my expectations, shocked me.

The attitude towards guests is very pleasant, delicate and polite. They meet you in everything, whatever you need - you are located, you have not signed up for a tavern, nothing, if they can, they will put you in anyway, you need some little thing like iodine or a band-aid - they will give you. If you are sleeping or whatever, when they knock on the room with cleaning, they will come later. Gels and shampoos, if you do not use them, they still bring new ones, the mini-bar is updated regularly - it is included. The Internet is wonderful: there is a cable in the room, in restaurants it catches Wi-Fi from the reception.
The food in the main restaurant is so varied and so properly local that you can forget about taverns. Which is fair (this is the first time I've said this), since it's paid for all. So this is the first time I've seen this. In addition to the main restaurant, there are themed taverns, there is a creperie that works almost always, a champagne bar in addition to the usual bars.
I had a bungalow room, but the bungalow was also above my expectations, huge. The windows overlooked one of the pools, which adjoins the children's, with slides, the theater - and then you can see the sea. In the morning I watched water aerobics from the bacon, in the evening I watched a show in the theater. ))
The beach is small-pebbly and pleasant for the feet, not big, but there were always places, the sunbeds are good and the mattresses are comfortable, the water is clear, and the gulf begins almost immediately.
I went to Hersonissos by taxi (8 euros one way, to Heraklion by rental car (50 euros a day). I really liked this part of Crete, between Heraklion and Hersonissos - there is a lot of space on which trees stand romantically alone, among stones and sea landscape.
The hotel exacerbated my impressions, because it was made in the same ascetic form, while at the same time aesthetic - light stone with gold trim, the water of the pools meanders around the territory, the space is visible and creates a feeling of its excess, which is important for me, for example, I am not able to stay even in Moscow apartments with low ceilings or cluttered with furniture, space is a factor in feeling comfortable.
As I understand it, in this area of Crete - all Mitsis, I walked to Serita (very close), yes, even closer to Heraklion, Rinella.
