They didn't let me check in right away - they cleaned the room. We waited three hours for it to be removed. I can’t say anything good about the room: there are a lot of switches from one lamp in the room, some of them require urgent repair; the shower curtain is screwed with wire; after taking a shower, you still need to manage not to slip on wet tiles; there are no rugs for showers or bedsides; disposable slippers too; removed very rarely. Several times they approached Ruslan (deputy general director) with complaints about the lack of the declared service and with a request to send a maid to clean the room. In response, they heard an unintelligible "clear", "good". After our insistent demands, a maid came to us to change the bed. . . the floors remained as dirty as they were. After that, they “caught” the maid in the corridor and asked with gestures to wash our floors (she did not know either English or Russian). As a result, the week was cleaned 3 times, towels and bedding changed regularly for clean.
The food was reminiscent of an ordinary canteen, the food is simple and quite tasty. Breakfast: pie, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, bacon, scrambled eggs, sausages, milk porridge, sour cream, milk, jam, honey, corn flakes, canned peaches, oranges. Lunch: sort of soup, stew, chicken, Greek salad, stewed beans, stewed potatoes, French fries, fish, olives, watermelon, melon, some kind of cream or jelly.
The bar had tea, coffee, cocoa, beer, wine, whiskey.
