We booked a tour through sunmar tour operator. First, a room on the 4th floor, although we had previously asked for a hotf room no higher than the 2nd floor, we did not take into account the request and settled a disabled mother on the 4th floor (I focused on this on the hotline). The unsanitary condition throughout the hotel, as evidenced not only by the room on the 4th floor, but also when they moved to the 3rd floor after many calls to the tour operator's hotline, they moved to the 3rd floor on the 3rd day (in Europe this is considered 2, which was not explained to us right away) , T. about on the 3rd floor there was also unsanitary conditions (dirt, grease on the grill, dirty dishes, dirty buckets without pedals, a dirty fan without a lid and standing on one leg, everything is so dirty and greasy that they definitely didn’t clean it for many years, but changed it along the way maybe only towels, a shower without a sprayer, there was no light bulb above the mirror, I asked to be removed, they promised on the first day, but they didn’t do anything! when I came down the cleaning lady yelled at me that she was cleaning everything, I said no, you didn’t clean it, to which she continued to yell, I turned around in shock and left, the hostess said that they would do everything, in the end, when we returned, there were only towels in the room, bed linen was dirty, rubbish in buckets!!! ! Dirt everywhere, I called the hostess in a rage, showed her everything she said how so the cleaning lady said that she had done everything, promised to clean it up when we came and cleaned everything. I thanked MANY times (although I should oh it was and I asked several times to remove it and they seemed to scoff !!! ). AND ALSO in the hotel there was garbage constantly on the floors, sorry, no one could take it out! Once I saw how the guy took them to the 1st floor and said remove it for 3 days it stinks under the door!!!! ! And for 2 more days I went asking to be told about the flight, the day before the flight (and in fact several hours) there was no information! As a result, she called herself and spent her money on the hotline (although the tour was paid and they were obliged to provide the information themselves and not me to run like an idiot), they said that everything has been there for a long time. When we left at 2 o'clock in the morning at the reception there was no information about our flight, it was stupidly closed, no one even saw us off. NONE of the living conditions have been fulfilled for which a lot of money has been paid! I rested in many places, I didn’t expect this from Europe, and indeed such horror and boorish attitude towards tourists. In Europe, including. I studied and listened to Greece from the people that you can take both 1 and 2 stars, because it’s even more convenient, because there will be a kettle and a kitchen (which is important for a Russian person to have a cup of tea), so you can’t tell everything will be clean and accurate and there will be regular cleaning . I heard from people that this is true (whom they already met in Greece and who lived in other 2-star hotels, and even in 3-stars with all-inclusive meals they had a cost of 3 like ours for 2).
