Hello, I want to share my feedback on how I spent my short vacation on Crete at the Tsalos Beach Hotel. To begin with, what attracted me, the hotel reminds me of the Greek island of Santorini to me this hotel with its beautiful design, as it is painted in snow-white tones with blue decorations, it was my old dream to visit this amazing island and, by the way, my dream came true, but about this a bit later). At the office of Mouzenidis Travel, I was met by a friendly girl Anastasia, who helped me book a tour to this hotel for the May holidays. I was looking forward to my vacation and finally, I'm going to the airport, in anticipation of the fact that in 3 hours I'll be in Greece. At the airport, I was very impressed with the organization of the Ellinair airline, everything was clear, without any delays for the flight, all the counters worked, so the queue for the flight passed unnoticed. On the plane they offered lunch and treated us to wine, the flight was comfortable and fast.
Upon arrival in Heraklion, we were met by a representative of Mouzenidis Travel, a smiling girl Lilia, in a yellow T-shirt, who took us to the bus. During the journey, she told us important information about the country and about the places that we can visit during our holidays. My hotel was the first in line, as it is only 20 km from Heraklion, in the village of Analipsi, so the travel time to my hotel was about 30 minutes.
Upon arrival at the hotel, I was immediately settled in the room, so leaving my suitcases in the room, I quickly ran to inspect the area))

I'll tell you about the hotel in order, but, firstly, it's not even a hotel anymore, but an apartment. I had a standard single room with a kitchenette and a sea view. Cozy rooms with new furniture, TV, refrigerator, air conditioning (although air conditioning was paid), the kitchen set was also equipped with a stove, a small stove, a kettle and all the necessary kitchen utensils (mugs, plates, forks, spoons, knife).
The territory of the hotel is small, there is a swimming pool and sun loungers near it (free of charge), as well as free wi-fi at the reception. The hotel staff is helpful, but a couple of times I had to ask to change the towels in the room, to which the staff quickly responded. In general, everyone was very friendly and unobtrusive.
The food was ordinary, standard breakfasts, as in all hotels, it is either a continental or an English breakfast.
For lunch and dinner, fish, meat or chicken were served with a side dish of your choice. In addition, the hotel had a Poseidon restaurant where you could always order delicious pizza cooked in the oven. In the evening, all the guests of this hotel gathered in this restaurant, and we together saw off the sunset of the day with a glass of Greek wine overlooking the sea and the Greek Sirtaki, which the musicians played in the restaurant.
Waking up in the morning, I quickly ran to the sea, the sand and pebble beach, sun loungers and umbrellas are really paid, because the hotel does not have its own beach, but this did not bother me, the cost of a sunbed was 2.5 euros per person. There is a water entertainment point near the beach, so if you get bored on the beach, you can have fun by riding a banana))
During my vacation, I went on only one excursion, as I arrived only for 5 days. It was a trip to Santorini! Departure was at about 7 am from the hotel, we were not a big group! We sailed to the island on a high-speed catamaran, only 2 hours by sea and my dream came true! In front of me is a dream island, the island of Santorini! We visited the city of Oia with a beautiful panorama of snow-white houses with blue domes of churches, after we visited the capital of the island, the city of Fira, where we saw the volcanic caldera of the island and went down to the black beach with volcanic sand, where we spent the rest of the time. The tour was rich, I received a storm of emotions and photos from the day spent on this beautiful island.

It was my first time in Greece, and I can tell you with certainty that I was not mistaken in the slightest when I chose this hotel, although it is not a five-star hotel, but the good-natured atmosphere, comfort and responsiveness of people in this hotel, and on the whole island of Crete, I was delighted!! ! So next time, I know where I will go to rest! What I advise you, you will not regret it!
