Until recently, I hoped that the negative reviews about Triton were written by fastidious and capricious vacationers, all this is nonsense, and the main thing is the sea, the sun and a positive attitude. Since it is difficult to expect a five-star output from a 3-star hotel, I was mentally prepared for possible shortcomings. To the fact that Malia is a party place, to the fact that they are worn on ATVs (and they are worn) was also ready. Well ...haste is important only when catching fleas. Here's the backstory. 1. Introduction to the hotel. Three stars.

There is a swimming pool, a bar with it, a mini football field, tennis tables, a swing (not a single person was seen) in the lobby, billiards and 2 computers. .
You have already understood that everything is paid for at the hotel. Prices: conder 6 euros/day, refrigerator 3 euros/day, internet for a week 10 euros, safe 25 euros per week, 1 hour at the computer 3 euros. We only paid for wi-fi. The all-inclusive tour includes: breakfast, lunch, dinner, free drinks at the pool bar until 23.
Internet takes only in the lobby and by the pool. Don't try to find it somewhere else. The issue of the operation of the refrigerator and the conder is solved by the presence of an extension cord. We didn't really need them.

2. Room stock. Well ... )))) If you evaluate from the position that since you almost never visit the room, you came overseas, it seems that the size of the room is not important then, and the bathroom with a size of 1.5 m2 is also nonsense. But let's be honest, well, I still want a good number! In fact, the area of ​ ​ mine (No. 603 across the street from the main building) was 10.5 meters.

Bathroom - trough for washing, washbasin, toilet bowl - 1.5 sq. m. In general, moving in the bathroom required the development of certain skills and abilities. Believe me, they shoved something that couldn’t be pushed into the size of the bathroom)) Well, in the corner on the ceiling around the pipes, crumbled plaster to the hole and their own little civilization of fleas. This is not to be a surprise. Fleas, don't they bite you? Well, they hang out there on the ceiling)
In the room: beds, bedside table, “dressing table”, 19-inch TV, floor-standing clothes dryer, floor-standing conder, in the “corridor” the size of exactly the width of 2 meeting doors is a refrigerator instead of a cabinet door. The balcony door is a window. Well, that's okay.
After walking around the hotel, I realized that my room could still do nothing.

The ground floor is not recommended either in the main or across the street. Your towels and bikinis are on public display, just like you are at the table, in fact.
Our room was cleaned every day, towels - every 3 days. I won’t even write about the quality of furniture and plumbing, this is the least that worried me there. Glasses are not provided.

3. Comfort / infrastructure, etc.
And I don’t know what to say ...Well, there is neither one nor the other there. Simple, budget friendly. Maybe a lobby if it has a decent view. A separate issue is the pool. He's terrible. The child was allowed to swim there from 7 to 8 pm, at which time the youth occupying the pool crawled along the minks. All the time I was tormented by my conscience that I let him swim there (sounds crazy, I agree).
Around srach, floating slippers, socks lying around and some kind of underpants, dirty drenched deck chairs, full of empty cups, half-drunk and with bulls, screaming drunk youngsters and a general feeling of disgust. Fufufu in general. For the pool, a solid 2. Were there 3 times, then canceled trips there.
Pool bar. Do not rely on relaxation surrounded by greenery, or on drinking, in fact. Bar in the evening - purely to swell, hang out and yell. During the day - take drinks, then to pollute the pool. There you can spit on the floor and shit on the table, in general, you can do whatever you want. No one cleans anything anywhere during the day.

4. Nutrition.
Didn't get it right. It seems that there was food and some of the dishes were not bad. But I don't know. Just not mine obviously. I am calm about food, but wow cuisine cannot be called either in terms of assortment or in quality of execution. Well, so ...ate and ate something there. If it was a cafe, the third time would definitely not go.
Tourists with children, especially small ones, pay attention - there are no cereals, soups, pancakes, purees, etc. Not just a little or rarely. This is not on the menu. But the chef still credits. For optimism, always good mood and friendliness.

5. Staff.
The cook, the security guard, the cleaners are the people who aroused my sympathy.

Praised in many reviews, Nikos probably liked those tourists who just tried to make friends with him. You know, this is when the one on whom we are dependent must be recorded as a girlfriend, and then you begin to believe in his exclusivity. Well, he did not cause me any positive emotions. Well, it costs itself in the morning in the afternoon and in the evening with a frown, with such a look it meets and escorts the guests. If someone comes to fawn (and take a picture, as without it))) - he will play this game. Just being friendly is not about him. And he did not even try to solve the problems, because the problem is in the management of the hotel itself, and this is unsolvable.
And the manager is the same. For them, it's just a business, no one is trying to raise the reputation of the hotel.

6. Remoteness from the sea and, in principle, logistics. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the beach, depending on the pace and the chosen beach. It didn't bother me at all, especially in the morning. The sea is wonderful. The beach is sand, volcanic outgrowths and limestone are found on wild beaches. Sun loungers are paid everywhere, they belong either to hotels or coastal bars, but the beaches themselves are municipal, so you can safely fall wherever you want, despite the formidable beach fights that require bribes. This is how they work. ) We paid. The first day was trial and free, I wandered along the coast until I chose the beach I like - Dolphin Beach Bar. On the day 2 sun loungers + umbrella + toilet + shower + any toys / mattresses for children + service on the beach + wi fi costs 6 euros, for 7 days - 25. Of course, I paid for the wholesale. A nice Russian-speaking guy Alexander, who works in the bar itself, will help, tell and show.
In the bar itself, everything is like everywhere else: coffee 3, cocktail 5, food 7-10+ - Since I was already at the beach at 8 in the morning and was almost alone until 10, this could not but rejoice. The people crawl out to fry by 11 in the bulk. When leaving, towels were left, and no one coveted the sun loungers. There is no theft. The wind and, accordingly, the wave (sometimes large) was present for 7 days out of 12. I did not see the rescuers, perhaps the guys from the water entertainment center perform this function.

To all the pluses, I’ll add that when traveling through travel agencies along the east coast, you are the last to be picked up and the first to drop off the bus, saving time of about 2-2.5 hours, and a lot of cafes and shops within walking distance from the hotel.


7. Actually, for the sake of which everything was started. Never, under any circumstances, choose this hotel if you usually sleep at night. And sleep in silence. I was glad that I went without a husband and eldest son, because.
obviously they would have spent their holidays at the police station. Well, I'm with them. Each of us can be aggressive, each of us can be brought to a boiling point. But what if this desire does not leave throughout the rest? If for 12 nights you slept in fits and starts for three hours a night, and the rest of the time you ran around the floors asking you to calm down, called security, nervously smoked and cried from impotence, that this hell does not end? There were moments when I realized that I could hit a person. And sometimes kill. How did the hotel solve the problem, you ask? No way. The first time they sympathized and promised to build everyone, then they promised to relocate me, then them ...(4 rooms are inadequate and everything is next to mine). And then they stopped understanding both Russian and English and Google translator with a translation into Greek. The only person who is sympathetic to the situation is the night guard Philip.
