It seems that the tour operator is not aware that in Europe this hotel is rated as 3 *. The area around the hotel is great. Well-groomed, pure, blossoming. Although the fountains on the territory do not work. There are a lot of pools, as many as 6 pieces, 3 bars (most of all I liked the pool and the bar on the territory of 100 rooms, away from the main territory, go there, you won't regret it). But disinfection of water in the 21st century occurs with the help of a terrible amount of bleach, and there are only 2 showers. We chose this hotel because of the presence of water slides (3 children), but, as it turned out, WATER IS NOT SUPPLIED TO THE SLIDES (!!! ). That is, there are slides, but riding them is a problem. The condition of the playgrounds is alarming. There is no awning over the main area, children play in the sun. No one inspects the site near the 100 rooms for safety. The chain on the swing crumbled from decay under 23kg. my child. Thank God, there were a few bruises, although, we must pay tribute to the staff from the reception, an ambulance was called instantly. They don't put water in the room, they bought it in the store. Rooms are good, cleanliness is good. True, there are no drying facilities on the main territory (the 100 rooms have ropes stretched). There are no beach towels, bring your own. There are no toilets, showers or changing cabins on the beach. There is also no bar. The animation is good, mostly in French, but this is not a hindrance for sports, and in the evening there is a translation into Russian. Children's animators tried with might and main. Well done. The reception staff is good, many Russian-speaking staff, always helped to solve problems. The food is very average, I would fire the meat cook without severance pay. Can't cook meat. They ate fish, pizza, tomatoes, cucumbers, stewed vegetables. There were always fruits, a sweet table is good. In general, the rest was not bad, if you do not get hung up on troubles.
