It's definitely not 5 stars, more like 3+. The reputation of the hotel for 5 stars does not pull. It's actually a 4* hotel, got a fifth recently for logging into Aqius and "type" representing all the services that a 5* hotel should provide. The food is monotonous, the room (not the cheapest) is so tiny that you can’t drag a suitcase, a room with a sea view means that first there will be a view of the roofs of row 3, about somewhere there then the sea. There is no beach on the sea, there are sun loungers and umbrellas made of cloth, which does not give shade at all for 6 euros. Sunbeds on site overlooking the sea should be occupied at 6 am, some towels do not carry all 2 weeks. There are sun loungers throughout the hotel, between the buildings overlooking the wall of the house. The "large" pool is small even for children, the children's pool is no more than a jacuzzi in fitness centers. The only thing I liked was the evening performances of animation, unexpectedly not bad. I do not recommend this hotel. Almost everyone's first impression is disappointment, then you have to get used to it. The hotel works for all inclusive, but on the last day, after handing over the keys at 12.00, they made me pay 30 euros for lunch. Not a single self-respecting hotel, even in Egypt or Turkey, will allow itself such a thing. Probably the owners do not care what kind of review there is about the hotel, for me personally this is an indicator. I do not recommend this hotel, you will be disappointed.
