Oceanis is located in the countryside, it takes 15 minutes to walk slowly to the sea. the food is edible, I advise you to take AI (all inclusive). Accommodation The hotel is located "in the outback" - away from a busy road, in the middle of the village of Anissaras (focus on Hersonissos, it's very close). It is surrounded mainly by someone's vegetable gardens, and on the way to the beach (15 minutes) you can see goats, chickens, and a whole plantation of cloves. A taxi to the nearest city will cost 7-8 euros, a free bus runs to the beach and to Hersonissos at 10-0.12-4.13-0.15-45 (the schedule hangs at the entrance). Territory: small, but there is enough space for everyone. The hotel seems to "go down" down the hill. Hibiscus grow in the garden (bloom bright red), olives, pines. Swimming pool for adults: length approx. 12 m, 0.75-1.70m depth, plus a paddling pool for kids 0.45 m. There are a lot of sun loungers, you can lie down on the lawn under the trees, you can right at the pool bar, where food and drink are available on AI until 11 pm. Once a week - live music, dancing - no other entertainment. Under a canopy near the cafe - billiards, table tennis, air hockey, vending machines. We rested in August, there were a lot of cicadas on the trees. They are harmless, but they chirp very loudly, on the first day it seemed to drive you crazy, but at night they become silent. It's not about the territory, these insects live everywhere on the island. The rooms are bright, the furniture is modest but in good condition. The room has a hairdryer, TV, refrigerator, air conditioning (the last 2 items can be paid separately, for 6 euros per day, depending on the tour you bought) The bed was changed only once a week, towels (2 per person) - three. Balcony with table and chairs is in all rooms. If you do not trust the staff and locks, you can rent a safe, 10 euros - 7 days. Other information Check-in at 14:00, if there are no available rooms, you will have to wait in the lobby. If you are going on an excursion, you can order modest "lunch boxes" (sandwich, cake, water, fruit), but only until 16-00 the day before the trip, and if you are late, you can ask for a late dinner. Internet - 50 cents for 15 min. Wifi is free. The building has a spacious elevator (but the door is small). Do not take tours and cars at the hotel, the cheat is huge, do not mess with the local tour operators! better when you go by bus to Hersonissos, go to one of the many travel agencies, win at least 20 euros! rent a car in the same place or on the embankment, it costs 70 euros per day, we took it from "Romanos", but the choice is huge. I can say that the vacation went well. If you are not spoiled, this hotel is for you!
