Испорченный отпуск Ruined vacation

Located in an old building. The elevator is old (looks even older than Soviet elevators). Video attached. The internal corridors of the hotel create the feeling that you are in some kind of regional hospital (link to video: https://www. youtube. com/shorts/Ak4sJhozvJA). The food is absolutely tasteless. In the dining room there is an unpleasant smell of greasy and stale sauces and it was literally nauseating to be there. We had to order pizza and go out to nearby restaurants and eat there. Photo attached. On the tables where food and fruit are located, what has already been taken away is not replenished and the tables with food are empty (photo attached). Instead of tasty and good fish, we received some kind of tasteless, untidy fish rot in the dining room (photo attached). And so every day. For visitors from Central Asia and Muslims there is nothing at all to find in food there.
In order to get to the beach you need to walk 200 meters (after crossing the road) through a narrow and dirty path with garbage, where they do not clean up (photo attached). You have to pay for beach sunbeds since this hotel doesn’t even have its own beach area and hotel visitors are forced to lie on the sunbeds of other hotels and pay for it. The hotel room feels as if you are not in a 4-star hotel, but in a rented shack in a disadvantaged area of ​ ​ the city (photo attached). Dead flies have been lying in the lampshade for a long time and create a unique impression (photo attached). Even the unfortunate shower gel, which also doubles as shampoo, was screwed to the wall as if someone needed it. The service is rude. The staff is rude. There is no service. While in another city on an excursion, I asked the reception to send someone to a relative’s room to deliver a Wolt (food) package. They flatly refused to do this. This is quite significant.
It’s not like 4 stars, even 2 stars won’t be in this hotel for sure.
