We were traveling with a small child, so the quality of the room was important. . According to the ticket, we had a superior 4 * room, but upon arrival we were settled in apartment 3 *, and on the sly, without warning. This room was not in the hotel itself, but in a separate building, above the restaurant. The room was small (we have more in our standard apartment), instead of the promised bathtub there was a shower separated from the toilet by a glass partition, the TV set did not catch almost a single program, there were ripples on all channels. . And I just don’t want to talk about the balcony and the view from it. . Our balcony overlooked the neighboring balconies, forming the letter "p" with them, and in the middle was the roof of the restaurant - you can't imagine better. I called the Tez Tour office in Crete, they promised to relocate in a day, but we spent the whole week in our little room. .

After they called him from the tez tour to move us to the right conditions, he simply began to avoid us, as soon as we tried to talk to him, he urgently ran away on urgent matters - in general, you yourself understand what kind of fruit. The food in the restaurant is mediocre. Breakfast is the same every day. . we dined in taverns in the city, they fed very tasty and the portions were decent, which can not be said about dinners at the hotel. The linen was changed every 2 days, but we defended the daily cleaning. After we made a fuss that we live in worse conditions than we should, they began to clean our place every day. By the way, the Germans, the French are settled in the hotel itself ...but in the building where we lived, they settled all the Russians. . Do not consider that these are my emotions, this is true. . Russians are not very popular there. . although they understand that not a single season will do without them. .
So once again I advise you to think about whether to choose this hotel ...The location is very beautiful, the sea and the beach are wonderful, but everything else. . .
