The first thing that alerted me immediately upon arrival was that breakfast was not included on the first day (I traveled all over Europe, I encounter such a strange system for the first time). They tried to check into a room in a building on the first floor overlooking the road and the parking lot, after we politely refused - they settled in a bungalow with the smell of old age and dampness. Not only the interior of the bungalow, but also the reception and other rooms of the hotel are aged, shabby and out of order in places. Cleaning was carried out with high quality only for the first couple of days, but apparently, due to the fact that we did not leave a tip, they stopped changing towels for us if we did not throw them on the floor, did not replenish the set of tea, coffee, soap, shampoo shower gels, could don't even wash the floor. The hair dryer in the room worked only when the button was pressed and held, turned off as soon as it warmed up, then turned on only after it had completely cooled down. The food in the restaurant is poor, monotonous and tasteless. Everything is over-salted, with unnaturally pink mayonnaise. Every day the same set of dishes: spaghetti with carbonarra sauce, salty snacks and salads, dry, juicy vegetables and fruits, questionable fish, meat resembling shoe soles. Only the color of the pudding and jelly changed. Thank God that we only had breakfasts and dinners, I would not have survived such dinners, because. the last 3 days due to rolling nausea at the sight of this food, they did not appear in the restaurant.
WI-FI works only at the hotel reception and then with big interruptions.
if you are going on an excursion, then warn that you need a lunch box in the morning for the day, because we came on the eve of the tour in the evening and we were informed that at 7 pm they close the booking system, which no one warned us about.

Animation and any hint of entertainment in the hotel is missing.
In addition to everything, the crisis in the country is very felt - the prices are too high compared to other European countries, at every corner they try to cheat you for money. The hotel is absolutely not worth the money paid for it.
