We just arrived yesterday and I want to write a review for the first time. One thing I want to say right away to Crete, I will not go again! My husband, me and my daughter, 6 years old, went in three, when we chose a tour, they wanted to kill two birds with one stone, visit a European resort and even bring a fur coat. Arriving, the air temperature during the day was 32, and in the evening 26-27 and the breeze, the sea is very warm. Well now about the hotel in order: 1. The main and big minus is the presence of huge boulders in the water, it is only in the prospectus that they write a sandy beach, in fact, the sand is only on the shore and in the sea a little further stones. My daughter received a head injury in the sea on the third day of rest, almost next to the shore, they also ran to the doctors.
2. The absence of a private beach, and where we were brought it was difficult to call a beach without sunbeds and under the open sun. The only way out was to go to the territory of someone else's hotel where there were sun loungers and umbrellas, but we were kicked out of there three times.
3. The food is just disgusting, of course you won’t stay hungry, but this is not Turkey or Egypt where tables are bursting with food. Fruits have always been watermelons, melons, apples and oranges. More or less normal was only dinner.

4. The promised animation was completely absent, only in the evening there were small organized performances.
5. A very small pool full of people on each arc.
6. The room was also terrible, from the beginning we had a split system, and then a flood began in the bathroom due to poor drainage of water after each bath, I raked out a bunch of water that flowed around the room. Do not take if you eat a room on the first floor waiting for the same nonsense!!!!! !
